This beautiful new villa is set in an exclusive development with views of Kranidi Bay and the islands of Dokos and Hydra.It has its own private swimming pool with roman steps,a large covered barbeque area with tables and chairs for dining al fresco,and a large terrace with sun loungers.The villa has its own private garden and offers a high degree of privacy on this development.Each bedroom has its own private balcony and air con.The villa is only a short walk away from the sea and a quiet beach.It is perfect for a quiet get away from it all holiday,set within one of the most beautiful areas of the Greek Mainland.Porto Heli is the nearest town,only 6km away,a picturesque yachting marina set in a naturally formed horseshoe bay.Porto Heli is the perfect base for visiting the nearby islands and other historic sites.Porto Heli can be reached in approx 2 1/2 hours by car from Athens or 1 1/2 hrs by ferry from the port of Pireaus.

Porto Heli: The town has all the expected amenities including supermarkets, variety of tavernas/restaurants, cafes, bars and gift shops. Car and bike hire available here also.

The marina is perfect for water sports and sailing.

Places to visit: Porto Heli is in an ideal location for visiting the famous and beautiful islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros. Ferries leave regularly from Porto Heli, or you can catch a water taxi from the nearby village of Kosta.

Nearby fishing villages of Ermioni and Kilada are well worth visiting. They are peaceful, unspoilt and have several good tavernas, many specialising in local seafood.

The historical amphitheatre of Epidavros is only 50km away, and Naplion the ancient capital of Greece 90km away.

The coastline in this area is perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving with numerous secluded bays and private beaches to be found.

Just returned after a week at this beautiful villa

Situated in a quiet secluded corner compared to the other villas on this estate.

Beautiful garden and a very large private pool and terrace . Bridget the owner was able to recommend several places to visit and tavernas to try.

Excellent value for money and already planning our return trip.

Now that the tan has faded and i,m afraid normality is very much restored,just a quick note to say a very big thank you for our fabulous holiday.The villa was truly stunning both in itself and its location and was by far the best equipped we have ever stayed in.Hazel and George were marvellous in every respect and made us very welcome;having local knowledge and someone on hand is a real plus.
