Beautiful, dreamy setting

  • 4 of 5

I stayed 9 days here with my companion. Though compact in size, the property was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and we were able to cook meals in the small kitchen area. The outside space was a particularly lovely place to unwind and soak up the surroundings. Location was perfect, right by the best beach in Panarea, and in walking distance to the port. Only downside was the music most days from the bar above the property, very much in contrast to the tranquil, quiet atmosphere of the rest of the Island, but more than made up for by the location.

Cute little place with a few caveats

  • 3 of 5

We enjoyed our stay in this little studio but would likely not book again. The place is as per the photos but is showing signs of age and wear. As the last review mentioned it is at one end of the island, around a 20-25min walk from the port, shops and restaurants. This walk though, is stunning day or night so should not be a factor unless you have mobility issues.

As for the facilities, the kitchen and bed are both pretty small. We cooked a few meals over 4 days which was manageable and the bed was ok for us but we are pretty small people...larger folk may not be comfortable.

The front seating area is lovely and a perfect place to spend the days and warmer evenings. Do bear in mind that there is a restaurant just above and behind the studio and they play music whenever they are open. While the music was not started before 10am and finished before 9pm, our stay was accompanied by a light jazz/ cafe del mar soundtrack. Not loud enough to be annoying but ever-present.

The local contact was very helpful, brought us extra blankets when we needed them and arranged taxi pick up and drop off.

Great romantic house

  • 4 of 5

Small but charming house on remote end of Panarea. Owner met us at the ferry and arranged for transport of luggage. House is sort of semi-on the beach - with views on bay from the front-porch. There is another house built right next door and although the small garden feels private - there is a bit of noise at nighttime. Overall - great location and good value property. Note the island center (restaurants) are about a 20 min walk - which is doable but small electric taxi's offer an alternative.

Soggiorno a cala zimmari

  • 2 of 5

Distinti saluti

Charmigt men slitet.

  • 2 of 5
