My family and I visited St Lucia in 2014 and simply fell in love with the Island, in particular Marigot Bay. Our children are young and simply adored the friendly St Lucian's.

With our House Manager on hand you can arrange private tours to anywhere on the Island - the Pitons, Sugar Beach, the volcano and hot springs, trekking in the rainforest and so much more...
Walking distance to the Marina and Beach, and a selection of 5 restaurants. All the water sports you can imagine are available locally.
We enjoyed an excellent stay in this great apartment in a very beautiful location. Cyrus was very helpful with everything from shopping to sightseeing. We would highly recommend a stay in this extremely well appointed apartment.
We (family of 4) stayed in this apartment for a week and found it had everything we needed. It's clean, bright and well-equipped and includes use of the hotel facilities next door, which is a great bonus. It provides free water taxi to the beach (you need to take the Doolittle's boat - not the public one), complementary cold drinking water at the pools and great service from the staff. The caretaker of the apartment, Cyrus, drove us to and from the airport and took us on a few excursions as well. He is an excellent guide and I highly recommend hiring him for any day trips you may want to take. We were very glad we decided not to drive on those crazy St. Lucia roads! It was a fantastic holiday.
We chose Marigot Bay because we were interested in doing activities north, south, and east of the island. Therefore, we had about an hour drive up to Rodney Bay or down to Soufriere. Airport was about an hour away too. We did a jeep ride east to the Rainforest and Ziplines. This particular unit is exactly as described. The photos are true and accurate. Apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious, especially for two people. The owner was very responsive to my questions as well. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the afternoon to relax and rest from our days' adventures.
Tips: UK adapters are needed in this apartment. Doolittles and Chateau Mygo are absolute musts. No real need for currency exchange. Pricing is listed in US and EC dollars. $1US = $2.50EC. For higher end meals we used our VISA for a better exchange rate.
My wife and I have just spent the month of February in apartment 5B Marina Village Marigot Bay and can,t wait to repeat the experience again. The apartment, it's facilities and surroundings along with access to all that the Capella Hotel has to offer combine to provide a faultless holiday package.
I should also mention Cyrus the owners onsite Manager who is a real bonus, being always available to provide local information , guidance and if required transport.
While Marigot Bay is an excellent holiday destination , there is not an awful lot to do there. But having such a well equip apartment certainly helped. Having said that the facilities available at the adjoining Capella, why leave Marigot Bay? Mark ( the owner of the apartment ) arranged for his member of staff , Cyrus, to collect us from the airport and to return us after our stay. Very reasonable rates too. If we wanted taking anywhere or collecting from a location , Cyrus would be there for us. Obviously the destinations and collections were all prearranged . For anyone staying inMarks apartment , the " Hurricane Hole " is a must. Happy hour between 5pm-6pm. Meeting people who own the yachts moored in Marigot Bay all meet there for a daily update . Great fun being a part of that . We ate in for several evenings and had breakfast in the apartment every day. We didn't find it necessary to eat out every evening when the apartment was so well equipped . The little supermarket nearby was stocked adequate enough for our needs although they did sell out of a lot of stock and it took several days to replenish stocks.
Summing up. Would we return? We wouldn't give it a second thought. We simply loved our vacation . Mark and his staff were so accommodating , which is exactly what you need when on holiday.
The apartment was absolutely fantastic, just as advertised. We had an amazing time in Marigot Bay. Mark and Vanessa were very responsive to all of our questions before our trip. Cyrus was great as the apartment manager.

CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 15:00 hrs on the first day of rental.

A security deposit of £300 is required. This must be received with your final booking payment for the rental, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• The maximum number of guests is adhered to and only guests identified at time of booking acceptance stay at the property during the period of rental.
• All keys are left as instructed and the unit locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• No early arrival or late departure.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
