About Mark Powell
My family and I visited St Lucia in 2014 and simply fell in love with the Island, in particular Marigot Bay. Our children are young and simply adored the friendly St Lucian's.

Lovely apartment in a stunning part of the world. We spent 10 days in this beautiful apartment in Marigot Bay. The location was stunning. Marigot Bay is big enough that there are several restaurants and bars to choose from but small enough to feel as though you can find peace and quiet when you want it.
The pools and bars at the Capella resort which you have access to are incredible.
Cyrus the house manager was extremely helpful and took us on a lovely day trip to the Pitons and Volcano around Soufriere.
I am sure we will be back at some point in the future :)
St. Lucia apartment Marigot Bay Capella Resorts, Mark Powers
We had a great vacation in St. Lucia. Our apartment was very comfortable and easy to relax in. The balcony was a nice plus as we could have a pleasant breakfast or lunch out there uninterrupted. Nearby restaurants and ferry made it even better.
The property manager Cyrus was great! He knows the island like the back of his hand and got us to all the right places without a hitch. He was conversant and a pleasure to be with.
The wifi in the apartment was inoperative and Cyrus did everything in his power to get it fixed but without success. We know this because when he took us to Castries he went to the providers offices to get their assistance.
This problem was a drawback as both my wife and I conduct a fair portion of our individual businesses by phone and/or Internet. The service was sorely missed.
Other than this problem we would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment and the excellent service Cyrus provided.
Unit 5B Marina Villas
We had never been to St Lucia before, but the setting at Marigot Bay exceeded, by far, our expectations. Marina Villas are situated in an enclave with everything we would want or need right there. Our 1 bedroom condo was modern and clean, and turned out to be completely as advertised. The local owner's rep, Cyrus, was only a phone call away, every day to help with any needs we had, or sightseeing drives into Castries The little grocery store in the complex, along with the 2 modern and reasonably priced restaurants, provided all our needs, and the 4 star Capella Hotel with pools and restaurants was a 5 minute walk away, along the dock with its beautiful yachts. If we decide to return to St Lucia, we will definitely stay at the Villas.
We both loved the apartment. The balcony is great for views and gets lots of sun. Everything is really clean and new. The use of Capellas facilities really made out stay, the pool is amazing and we lived being able to use the gym there. Would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed the apt. Had everything we needed for a great trip!
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
We had a lovely time at this apartment and its beautiful location. The apartment had everything we needed and was fantastic having the use of the Capella hotel next door. The staff are attentive, friendly and have so much time for you. The free food and drink samples were pretty amazing too! Could not fault the swim up bar at happy hour either! Oh and the staff foolishly left a group of us in the rum cave after hours!
The apartment is situated in the most beautiful bay with a few selections of restaurants (which were all pretty pricey) we asked Cyrus to take us to the nearest big supermarket. Cyrus was fantastic, he waited whilst we shopped and offered to take us wherever we wanted. We were happy to relax so didn't need his services that much.
The owner was good at responding to us as we went back and forth so many times with whether we needed an airport transfer or not!
All in all a fantastic holiday and would love to return in the future. Will never get over such amazing views!

Booking conditions Apartment 5B Marina Village Marigot Bay St Lucia By booking the apartment you agree to the rules detailed outlined below. Arrival instructions will be sent 1 week prior to check in. Thanks, and have a wonderful time, Rental Rules CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 15:00 hrs on the first day of rental. CHECKOUT is 10:00 AM on the departure day. NO Early Check-in or late checkout. This is a NON SMOKING property. PETS are not permitted under any conditions. SECURITY A security deposit of £300 is required. This must be received with your final booking payment for the rental, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. • No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • The maximum number of guests is adhered to and only guests identified at time of booking acceptance stay at the property during the period of rental. • All keys are left as instructed and the unit locked. • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. • No linens are lost or damaged. • No early arrival or late departure. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
