Welcome to my beautiful home!

You want to go shopping? Hit the beach? Do some sightseeing? Or just relax with your family and/or friends? Come and visit my loft! Despite the great centric location the rooms are quiet and peaceful.

The loft occupies an area of about 300m2 which 170m2 belong to the leaving area, and rest goes to the patio and a backyard equiped with a kids cottage ideal for children.

You could not be more central! Located next to one of the most emblematic streets of Puerto de la Cruz, a 5 minute walk from Pl. Del Charco beside the fishing harbour and about 10 min. from the beach.

Lively by day but quiet at night, although it is very close to lovely restaurants and bars.

The Martiánez Lake, designed by renowned architect Cesar Manrique, the Tahoro Park, from which the best view of the entire city is visible, Loro Parque, known worldwide as the best Zoo park in Europe, is one of the most visited places on the island, Paseo de San Telmo, the Church of Our Lady of the Rock of France, are some of the points in no more than 15 min. walking.

The loft is comfortable, warm and cozy with two large patios allow you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

Great Hosts and located right in the city center

We had a great stay there and the Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Our positive facts:

Great location in the middle of the old town. All Restaurants, supermarkets are in walking distance. Puerto de la Cruz is very push-chair friendly ( though the Apartment is)

A lot of space, my daughter loved the play area on the terrace ( it's a closed area, perfect for kids to play)

Very nice Hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Already from the start when they helped us to find a parking place ( There are plenty at the port for free and reachable within 5 minutes by walking).

Negative:

The Apartment is very noisy, as all the older buildings are. Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs and they are open to all sites. It gives you a lack of privacy ( you can hear the Toilette and every noise in the Apartment even.

The Apartment is very bright, there are no blinds to darken the rooms ( bedrooms are anyway not possible. The third bedroom has a door and we just taped Aluminium foil on the windows to darken the room ( was for our little on (6 months).

It's a great Apartment at all. For one family no prob, with two couples, you have to live with less privacy.

Spacious and comfortable home to stay, very close to the heart of downtown Puerto de la Cruz,

Sehr großzügiges Loft in bester Lage

Viel Platz, alles sehr großzügig, die Lage ist hervorragend, Parken kann man ein paar hundert Meter entfernt auch gut. Sehr nette Vermieter!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Einziger Nachteil: nur ein Badezimmer!

Zentral, geräumig, gut ausgestattet!

Das Loft ist sehr groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Susana war eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich gekümmert hat und sehr freundlich war.

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist es aber auch recht laut, daher "nur" 4 Sterne.

Loft très bien situé pour visiter Puerto de La Cruz à pied .

Spacieux et propre .

Susana est très agréable et réactive !

Chambre sur la rue bruyante (restaurant/bar avec musiciens et chanteurs tous les soirs jusqu'à minuit).
