The apartment is located in a recently renovated Farmhouse offering comfort and relaxation. It is located in a beautiful natural setting in the hills, 10 minutes from Cortona, is perfect for day trips to the most beautiful places in Tuscany and Umbria.
In the farm available to guests is a rooftop swimming pool and a large garden where they can relax and eat under a shady pergola, is also a barbecue and a wood-burning pizza oven.
The owners who live in the vicinity of the house are happy to offer vegetables and seasonal fruits directly from their garden and will be available for your every need.
The farmhouse is renovated and decorated in Tuscan style, the center is a large common room with fireplace and sitting area with sofas. The corners of the house there are four independent apartments with air conditioning and heating. All apartments are equipped with kitchen and bathroom, two have a double bedroom and two double bedroom and one twin bedroom, the house is all on the ground floor, ideal for older people.

Cortona: Located on a hill, 600 meters high, Cortona is one of the oldest Etruscan towns. The Basilica of Santa Margherita and the Franciscan sanctuary of Celle invite the visitor to discover Cortona from above, offering an itinerary of art and faith, a short walk from the historic center. LAKE TRASIMENO (20km): With an extension of 128 km² is the fourth Italian lake. The area was inhabited since prehistoric times and in 217. C. on the banks of the lake took place the famous battle of Trasimeno, which saw the forces Carthaginian Hannibal defeated the Roman legions of the consul Gaius Flaminius. Rich is the fish fauna of this lake basin, one of the main species: pike, carp, tench, chub, eels, perch and carp.
