We also own a Villa (Casa Cubo) located in Sierra Blanca (Nagueles), just 1 km from this apartment, and we love area. In 2014 we spent some time trying to find the perfect apartment nearby. My husband and I ended up with Senorio de Marbella. When we saw this domain, we totally felt in love with this place. We have upgraded the hole apartment between Oct.14 - Jan.15. Now it´s modern with a luxury touch. We like to rent out our properties to people that cares about the small details, and believe this will add positive to your stay in Marbella.

Totally renovated (2015), 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment (135 m2 internal) with private terraces (20m2 and 8m2). Sea and pool view. Fantastic tropical surroundings. The domain have its architectural inspiration from Alhambra in Granada. Facilities include 4 large swimming pools (one salt water and heated out of season), tennis and paddle tennis courts, saunas, jacuzzi, ping pong, children’s play area and pool. There is a private restaurant within the development. All set in beautiful grounds which are secure and gated with 24 hour security. Parking in private garage, The apartment sleeps 6 people with a double and twin bedroom. There is an ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom and an other bathroom to share for the other bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and there is two large flat screen TV with Satellite channels (approx. 100) available.This is a superb location set between Marbella and Puerto Banus, overlooking the sea and approx. 650m from the beach at Puento Romano (famous hotel). Both Marbella and Puerto Banus are easily walkable using beautiful established promenade at the beach front. Facilities in the area are superb with easy access to most sporting/leisure facilities as well as great shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus. Nearest beach are Beach Nagueles, one of the best beaches in Marbella.

Not your average holiday apartment !
When I say this isn't your average holiday apartment you will know this when you walk in the door , it feels like home . The style and soft furnishings make this a lovely home from home for me and my family . Comfy beds to in the master bedroom , lovely ornaments which is unusual in most , large bathrooms . If you forget anything don't worry ! There are plenty of towels to use for the pool in the wiring cupboard, toiletries and essentials (but leave some behind if your own for the next holiday makers is a nice thought). They even have hairdryers and straighteners !
A view to the main pool is beautiful reminded us of a Greek setting with the arches and the sun sitting behind it for most the day however there is also shade on the outside terrace if you want to move a chair .
The heated pool is viewable also from the terrace which is handy for folding days or out of season .
The urbanisation is one of the best and most exclusive in Marbella with security and only a 15 minute walk to Puente Romano where you can find amazing restaurants and swanky bars .
All in all a great place to stay but please leave it as you found it as we would like to go again ! Thank you to the owners who are extremely lovely and trusting people who deserve to have good respectful renters .

As we drove through the gateway to the apartment complex we were greeted by beautiful planting, flowers, several swimming pools and whitewashed beautiful apartments. Our apartment had a large balcony with a view over large parts of the facility - and was screened for other nabours while it was on the 2nd floor. The apartment was kept in a minimalist style, with 3 bedrooms - a large with attached bathroom. Just outside the kitchen there was a small balcony(second balcony), which was lovely to take in the morning coffee. It was short way down to the beach, and it was a nice walk from the apartment into Marbella city center / Old Town or Puerto Banus. We have used the apartment once before but last time we drove to all places. It was nice to see the area by foot and it gave an even better impression of the location and the area. Overall, we are very pleased and will for sure book the apartment again. It is centrally located - and there are several swimming pools in the area - one that is always heated - making sure you always leave the apartment with a taste of summer. Even though it has been Easter.

Lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings
Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need for comfort and self catering. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spacious. Lots of storage space and plenty of mirrors. The beds were super comfortable. Balcony was a good size overlooking one of the pools (which was beautifully lit during the evenings). Absolutely fantastic surroundings - trees, flowers, fountains - and everything impressively well-maintained. Highly recommended!
Great apartment in a beatuiful complex
We stayed for one week in this apartment. The apartment was refurbished, and everything was nice and clean.
the whole complex is well kept, and the pools are great. The restaurant on site is also a nice place for lunch or dinner.

An idyllic setting for a long weekend in a luxurious, elegantly constructed and beautifully maintained enclosed apartment resort. From the drive through the gate, Señorio de Marbella gives an immediate sense of style, comfort and tranquillity whilst still capturing the look and feel of classical Spain.
Conveniently situated a 5-minute drive from Marbella or Puerto Banús or a brisk 15 minute walk down to the beach, yet not too close to the hot spots, this is a superbly designed facility with 3 vastly diverse swimming pools, various sporting facilities and an on-site restaurant.
The apartment itself is designed beautifully with luxurious details. A large master bedroom with a tastefully refurbished on suite bathroom is supplemented by 2 amply sized bedrooms that share another, equally well fitted bathroom. The spacious, open plan kitchen is also newly installed and equipped with all the necessary appliances and implements one could dream of, through which one can access the utility room, complete with washing machine, via a small yet functional terrace. Included in the deal is use of reserved underground parking which can be easily accessed via an elevator. You can also indulge yourself with a good cup of coffee on the smaller terrace just outside the kitchen, or a class of wine on the impressive main terrace overlooking the beautiful pool.
Perfect for families seeking a secure, enclosed, well equipped environment close enough to local attractions yet far enough away from hot spots. Gets a huge yes from us.

Malaga Airport is approx 40 km away and it takes about 35 minutes on the E15/A7 motorway - exit 181b. (You can still take the original coastal road - N340.)
