The apartment is furnished to the highest standard and is in the very best location in Lagos close to the Town, Marina and Beaches. It is fully air conditioned. It has everything needed to ensure a very pleasant luxurious holiday. The complex includes a large pool, landscaped courtyard and a Gym. The facilities are secured with key access to the complex and a videophone entrance system for added security. A safe is provided in the apartment. Although a car is not needed for this location an underground secure space is provided with property. Owner operates private airport transfers.

The living room has a flat screen smarty TV with Free View Internet Channels and Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The terrace has a table, chairs and a built in barbecue.

There are 2 supermarkets a few minutes walk away and an English managed cafe/restaurant in the block next door.

A lovely, spacious apartment. Tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds. Well equipped, clean and tidy with a high standard of towels and bed linen. Management company and owner easy to contact in case of problems.

Prompt airport transfers curtesy of owners son who was extremlely helpful and very knowledgable.

Thanks to all for making our holiday as good as it was.

Superb apartment

Spent 2 weeks, end of July beginning of August 2017 at this superb apartment. Exceptionally clean with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The apartment is large, bright and modern. Air condition in both rooms if needed, double glazed to make it really quiet. The apartment is very safe and secure. Situated approximately 10 minute walk to the lovely old town area of Lagos and about the same to the marina. Cafe opposite for snacks and a large supermarket 5 minutes away for anything you might need. I have used Owners Direct on a number of occasions but this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Dealing with Keith was easy and very professional. I would recommend asking him to arrange your transfer from the airport with his son James, a very nice young man who couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall, superb apartment that would take some beating. Don’t miss this one!

Excellent place in the sun.

I was really impressed with the property. It was well equipped with very impressive

modern furnishings.Everything was there including dishwasher washing machine

and wifi. The location was excellent with all local amenities within walking distance

ie restaurants supermarkets and bus station should you want days out.A fabulous pool just outside the door. The beach and a beautiful Marino also within walking distance. The customer service again excellent with the offer of transfers should you require, we used this and were impressed as places of interest and information of activities and attractions where pointed out to us.

So impressed we have rebooked and would highly recommend the property to

both friends and family. Would like to thank the Wilman family and employees for

making our holiday very enjoyable.

The apartment is located within 300 metres of the Marina and 500 metres from the town centre. Meia Praia beach, Lagos's primary and very lovely beach is within easy walking distance from the Marina. Lagos was once the capital of the Algarve and is the port where many of the early explorers such as Henry the Navigator embarked on their epic journey's. The lovely historic town centre has many tourist attractions including a Slave Market, Castle, many famous Churches. It is a delight to walk through the narrow streets and discover the many restaurants, cafes and bars. The Marina has lots of attractions including boat trips to the grotto's, water skiing, dolphin watching, sailing, water skiing and many more. The rest of the Algarve is easily accessed from the Bus or Railway stations which are adjacent to the Marina. The Spa town of Monchique, Historic Castle and Silves and lands end at Sagres are all worth visiting. For golfers there are many courses nearby which are easily accessed.
