Amazing Studio Apt with Pool - Close to Beach

Our luxury studio suite awaits you at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay. Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Barrio la Talanguera, we are only 5 minutes on foot from the beach and 15 minutes from town. Newly constructed, our studio features exposed wooden posts, polished concrete and hand crafted hardwood finishings. From our private deck you have a view of the garden and pool area including our beautiful Guanacaste tree. We fell in love the first time we saw it and I'm sure you will to.

overpriced

Not much bang for the dollars paid. Location said 5 min walk to beach, 10 min to town, well maybe at a dead run! Pool was dirty. Poor location if you do not have a car. However, when we told manager we were not pleased, they did give us partial refund
