Best location (seriously the very best) without a doubt on Fort Myers Beach!:

Our condo is located in the less congested SOUTH location off this 7 mile stretch of sandy white beach, yet convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo / hotel next door (Pointe Estero) rents for well over $400 a night during season. We are true ocean (Gulf of Mexico) front, NO sandbar located in front of our building!

Home away from home awaits you at our spacious, clean, renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath Gulf Front condo. Our condo is a spacious, bright, clean, fully equipped, located in a well maintained beach front condo community located on the more desirable, less congested south side of Fort Myers Beach.

We are DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH with just a few short steps from our condo door to the sandy white sugar like beach, as well as the large heated swimming pool. Our condo is fully equipped high end luxurious bed linens, soft thick bathing towels, beach towels, cooler, kitchen supplies as well as a full sized washer and dryer inside of our unit.

New high end floors & furniture throughout. Our condo is your home away from home, and not a typical 'worn out' rental. We have been told by many people who have rented at various Fort Myers Beach locations for 20 years or more that we have the most comfortable beds of any vacation rental property on the beach!

Many extras in our condo including our library of family videos, DVDs as well as a variety of games, pool / beach toys for the entire family. 3 FLAT SCREEN TELEVISIONS including 50 inch flat screen in condo as well as flat screen televisions in each bedroom.

We have a portable play pen and portable high chair for our smallest guests.

Several great restaurants and shopping directly across the street and right next door. Jet ski rental including organized dolphin tours as well as cabana rentals directly in front of our building.

We are just a tad over 2 miles to Lover's Key state park. Publix grocery shopping under 2 miles north from our condo. Bike rentals, scooter rentals, public library, miniature golf, churches and just 18 miles North of NAPLES, FL - great side trip during your stay! Convenient also to Sanibel Island.

50 cent trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo combined with super convenient location allows families to vacation easily without the expense of a car.

Best value on the beach for such a spacious high end condo for the size and for being in the most desired beach front location. Our condo community is also well known for being one of the very nicest, well maintained, upscale buildings on Fort Myers Beach.

For your convenience : Covered assigned parking- no fighting over a spot in our building for those who choose to rent or bring their vehicle! Several building elevators, very secure building with high tech 24 hour surveillance.

Our condo has both beach front views and side views of our OVERSIZED HEATED BEACH FRONT POOL, 3 feet to 8 feet deep.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET provided by condo association in each individual unit as well as free wireless internet out by the swimming pool!

Great Location Even Better Condo

My family and I had a great holiday on Fort Myres Beach and this condo made it even better. It is spacious and furnished to a very high standard.The owner has thought of every detail to make your stay feel special. We think it is on the best part of the beach and the pool is a great size. When we return to Fort Myres Beach we are hoping this condo will be available because we do not want to stay any where else.

Superb Place to Stay While on Vacation

Highly recommend this condo. It is right on the beach and has all the amenities that you could possibly need!

Right down to packaged soap in the bathrooms ( we actually brought our own lol) . When the owner stated it was fully furnished... IT TRULY WAS!!!! They even had laundry detergent, pots, pans all sorts of dishware a toaster and soooo much more! A Fully equipped kitchen!

This was our first time renting a condo for a week, we normally stay at a hotel for our stay. Never again with a hotel! This was an amazing expeience.

If you are looking for a place to stay, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO!

Fantastic Condo, Well Equipped!

We were really happy with our stay at the condo, and especially glad to see that the condo came with a pack-and-play (just as good as a crib for our infant daughter) and a high chair, meaning we didn't have to pack, ship, or find some other way of accommodating our daughter's needs.

The gulf view is beautiful, and the property's pool is gorgeous. Covered parking is a major plus, and the location on the island is great - 10 minutes from Publix, 15 minutes from downtown, a short walk to CVS or the Santini Plaza (with lots of shops and restaurants.)

The only things you could wish for would be a balcony and for vacation to never end!

We were happy of course to accommodate your infant daughter with a portable crib and dining chair which we keep tucked away in our condo for our smallest of guests. Next year your daughter will be ready to use some of our plentiful stock of beach toy's, buckets, rafts, etc. :) As you mentioned our condo's lanai area (as show in photos in our homeaway / vrbo photo collection) does indeed have the great unobstructed true beach front view of the beach and water same as an open balcony. We do however have extra protection from storms and safety of guests a full set of long windows. The same nice breeze and glorious smells off the water flow into our condo through the screens once you slide open the glass windows. :) Thank you again for choosing our condo for your stay. We will look forward to your return next time your travels bring you back down to Fort Myers Beach! Michele

FABULOUS

My husband and I just returned from a 10 day stay at this wonderful condo in beautiful Ft. Myers Beach! I just can't say enough about our trip, the condo, the beach and how wonderful Michele is to work with. The condo has EVERYTHING in it you could possibly ask for. We travel all over the Caribbean to the most beautiful beaches and we are giving up our Caribbean trip in 2017 to return back to this gorgeous place. The trip was the best ever!

Winter Retreat

We just returned home after spending the winter in this Fort Myers Beach vacation condo. We loved everything about it. So much in fact we booked it for next year. The location is perfect. It is right on the beach. There are several restaurants, a movie theater, an outdoor fruit/vegetable market and drugstore/pharmacy within walking distance. The condo is bright and open and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We lived very comfortably during our three-month stay – it became our second home. Many of our family members came down to visit us and were very impressed with the condo and loved the area. I can’t say enough about the owner, Michele. She is so helpful and wonderful to work with. She always responded to our calls/emails right away. The dishwasher broke down during our stay and she had a new one installed within days. We can't wait to go back next year.

Wonderful

The condo was nicely furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. Great having a washer and dryer and 2 baths. Extra tvs was a great bonus, grandsons could lay on the bed before sleeping and watch a show while grown ups were in living room. Having key pads is nice no losing keys. Location is perfect. Beach view, right on beach no street crossing and close to shopping. Dealing with the owner was easy and pleasant. Would stay there again sometime in the future. Thank you.

I am able to rent for one week as long as I do not have any other official (non family or friends) bookings during that month. $250 damage deposit PER MONTH or $59.00 (up to 2 occupants) - $79.00 (3 - 6 occupants) insurance policy required .

***Must be 25 years or older to rent. We accept checks, homeaway.com (credit card) payments as well as PayPal. 2.5 % credit card transaction fee collected PLUS homeaway / vrbo.com special service fee should you make a payment with a credit card or pay pal. Transaction fee is eliminated with personal check payments. 50% payment due at time of booking will reserve your dates, 50% balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Entire month must be taken to receive monthly discounted rates. Rates are firm and not negotiated off the published rates. No cancellation refunds for cancellations of less then 90 days.   • The king bed is newer and is extremely comfortable (pillow top)....you will never want to go home! I have had many renters tell me that they have looked at the mattress and plan on buying the same bed for their homes... I don't think there is anything worse then discovering your vacation rental has an old beat up bed! You won't find a more comfortable bed on the beach!! The queen bed is also newer, very comfortable as well as a very nice queen sized sleeper sofa in the great room, and a portable play pen / crib for our smallest guests. Each bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan.
