Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, in the cosmopolitan Queensway area.

The apartment itself is awash with sunlight and quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet "cul de sac" and trees lined gardens, ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, spacious living room featuring two sofas, ( one of them is a sofa-bed ), well appointed open plan kitchen, entrance hall and a modern bathroom.

The bedroom can accommodate two guests and the sofa bed in the living room may be used by two extra guests ( ideally children or teenagers ) if needed.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as the renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines of the London Underground network respectively, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition the property features lift, an impresive SONY 50" Smart TV with access to over 2.000 films via Netflix App., superfast WIRELESS internet access, fire alarm, entryphone and CCTV in all communal areas.

Another good stay, just like the first one!

We stayed in another of Rafael's apartment a couple of years ago and loved the experience...so we came back for more! Rafael did not disappoint and provided another great apartment, bright, super clean comfortable and decorated with excellent taste. We did recommend his services in the past and we will gladly do it again. Cindy and little Cindy.

Very nice, as advertised , very comfortable for the two of us. Great location. Plenty of restaurants

We love London and we saw all of it from this great location. 2 Tube stations a few steps away and a convenient grocery store right there. No reason not to book this very clean and comfortable apartment.Rafael was especially helpful with the booking process and providing information about the property and helpful hints. He also arranged an early arrival for us. At his suggestion we used the green cab from Heathrow and return. Very reasonable and efficient. We did come home to a blown fuse which plunged us into darkness on evening. Yes, Rafael did respond within a short time period, but since he does not live there, we were left to climb into a closet and switch the breaker. Stress we did not need on our vacation. His assistant, Dolly did not return our call. We never saw her at all except to greet and send off. This is the only reservation I have about this property because I have always have had very personable, directly contact with owners or their assistants at any VRBO that we have rented in Europe or the US.

Regarding the fuse incident, it is true that I was overseas during your visit and I had to assist you over the phone, but I believe that even if I had been in London, I would have suggested the same, ( asking you to switch the breaker in order to plunge you back into light as soon as possible ), before taking further action. My apologies if having to switch the breaker all by yourself, put a damper on your stay and was enough to knock down a star from your otherwise great review. Regards, Rafael

Superb location and gorgeous interiors.

Superbly located between two underground stations, given you fast and easy access to all landmarks within central London, this apartment offers an incredible variety of restaurants if you wish to dine out, but also is perfectly equipped for dining in, very quiet complex and a stone's throw from Hyde Park...excellent all around. All you need and more just outside this apartment.

This apartment offers everything you need just outside the doorstep, restaurants, shops, public transport, gym, cinema, and supermarkets of several nationalities...ALL you need is there! Excellent choice for travellers. Sha Laviero

Impeccable.

The apartment was impeccable when we arrived and the location is perfect. Two underground stations within a few hundred meters of the apartmen and Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are a short walk. The main street IS just outside the apartment and it offers shops and restaurants with a variety of ethnic food to chose from. Rafael, the owner, made sure that our stay was great and we would definitely stay again. Yanira
