Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, in the cosmopolitan Queensway area.

The apartment itself is awash with sunlight and quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet "cul de sac" and trees lined gardens, ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, spacious living room featuring two sofas, ( one of them is a sofa-bed ), well appointed open plan kitchen, entrance hall and a modern bathroom.

The bedroom can accommodate two guests and the sofa bed in the living room may be used by two extra guests ( ideally children or teenagers ) if needed.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as the renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines of the London Underground network respectively, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition the property features lift, an impresive SONY 50" Smart TV with access to over 2.000 films via Netflix App., superfast WIRELESS internet access, fire alarm, entryphone and CCTV in all communal areas.

Perfect home away in London

Rafael welcomed us with a flowers, candy and some necessities in the refrigerator! We were so thankful for that after our long flight. Rafael was always available and had great recommendations for restaurants and pubs near by.

Coffee maker, tea, sugar, spices and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt at home for our 3 weeks in this flat. The bed is comfortable, good hot water in the shower/ bath, and very quiet. Just a lovely little place.

The location is great. Close to Hyde park, two underground stations and taxis are always near by.

We highly recommend this apartment and will try to stay here again when we return.

Exactly what we expected it to be...Very good!

This apartment is exactly as advertised in the pictures and provided a perfect accommodation arrangement for our family of four. Welcoming host and inviting interiors...

Rafael, the owner welcomed us on arrival and made us feel at home straight from minute one. His apartment interiors are gorgeous and the attention to detail very noticeable. Kitchen is super well equipped and bathroom is spacious, great shower pressure and centrally heated. We would recommend without a doubt and plan to come back for more. Magdalena and daughters ( Mimi, Kenya and Aragon).

Great apartment, great location

The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The location is ideal with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and pubs. And 5-minutes from Kensington Palace. There are tube stations for 2 different lines just steps from the apartment.

Rafael is very efficient and organized. He provided travel info as well as restaurant and tourist info for the area.

We highly recommend a stay in this very conveniently located flat.

Great flat, great location.

This was perfect for our family of four. We stayed here just under a week. Rafael was the consummate professional responding to all inquiries. The apartment is perfectly located close to two different tube lines and also close to Hyde Park and also multiple shops and restaurants. The sofa bed is comfortable, my wife and I slept on it and let the kids have the bedroom so we could stay up late and get up early while we all adjusted to jet lag. I would stay here again and I would recommend this to my friends and family. The kebab place just on the corner, Taza, was great for a quick bite.

Perfect location!

The apartment was lovely - clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The best part about it was the location - tons of restaurants, a fabulous bakery, supermarkets - all right outside the door. With an underground station on either side of the apartment getting around London was easy. Rafael and Dolly were well organized and provided us the support and information we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!
