About the property


Beautiful apartment with private garden complete privacy. It has only been used by the owners for their personal vacation and rented for the first time in 2015. It Comprising 2 double bedrooms, master with double bed of 1.35 m one and the other two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and access to private terraces and private garden, bathroom, living room on two levels with access a covered terrace and the garden enjoying views of the coast and the sea, kitchen with exterior window. Three terraces (two covers) with access to garden, side terrace is very spacious and very discreet. All rooms are exterior and feature ceiling fans. Beautiful communal gardens and swimming pool twice. Furnished Mediterranean style. Ceramic floor for greater freshness and cleanliness. louvre shutters menorquín type, with the colors of the area, white and green Menorca. Service has Wi-Fi internet for computers and mobile enough.

In 2015 the bathroom remodels, kitchen and all the furniture are changed. They must be new sofa and TV,

It is located in Paradise itself, The area is surrounded by pine woods, looking 180 of coastline and lighthouse Favaritx against bathing at night urbanization with its flashes of light. Facing the sea from where you can see a steady ride sailboats, yachts, motor and large vessels. Its location just 700 meters from two beautiful beaches a little girl as Na Macaret a real pool and a great beach Arenal d'en Castell one of the best beaches in Menorca by size, accessibility, services, tranquility, space and tranquility of its waters enclosed by two mouths that slow currents. The distance to the beaches from the apartment itself is a walk of about 700 m about twelve minutes walk from the beautiful villas along quiet streets arriving at the same Arenal. The choice of car to go to the beach is also perfect than about five minutes and parking is always comfortably. There is also a tourist train rides with vagoncitos air running through the area from Coves Noves and Na Macaret Arenal, with a good frequency and exiting from a couple of blocks from our apartment and passes along the beaches and areas of views, with some reasonable prices.

The Peaceful development is situated in a large complex in which there is a lovely hotel bungalows, a water park with access prior payment of the public, a mall just for urbanization with bars and restaurants, supermarket, laundry, shop Internet, gift, rental cars and other vehicles, while this close to other restaurants and bars and supermarkets lining the beaches.

The complex has so precious and unique views because it is situated on a high that achieves the warm temperatures of the central summer months lessen with the breezes of the sea and makes it possible that at night they can spend pleasant and wonderful.

In the urbanization and around Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret and Addai marina there are several schools of water sports and holiday items for these sports. The same applies to about 13 km in the large bay of Fornells where the waves are unknown.

Many restaurants at the harbor's edge to spend a pleasant evening. A 21 km in the north to Mahon this Es Grau which has a beach cove where the water depth is so minimal that sometimes more than one inward walk does not pass the knees, ideal for playing children in water. And the famous Albufera Natural Park that runs around the perimeter thereof. A 15 km is Monte Toro with its monastery dedicated to the Virgen de Toro Patroness of Menorca from where the entire island can be seen both in length and in latitude and other islands of the Balearics are. It is the highest point of the island with its 300 m. with a road that ascends in 3 km. And finally the distances to the two capitals the new Mahon to 18 km. one of the most beautiful and longest Mediterranean ports, where besides having all amenities you can enjoy your holidays and festivals as well as their miles. Guide to the port, as in the other end of the island's ancient capital Ciutadella is an emporium of beautiful historic buildings and a charming port.

Not properly equipped, over priced

We stayed at this property for a week and were not impressed with the customer service. On leaving, the owner charged us 3 euros per day for each oil heater provided (there was no heating in the house) as it was very cold in the evenings. They were very old and rusty and caused awful fumes throughout the apartment. We were also charged for the extra electricity used. We disputed being charged for each heater and after much unpleasant exchange ended up paying for one. There was no kettle, the microwave didn't work and there was no can opener. We informed the manager about the kettle and there was no attempt to remedy this. There were also no sun umbrellas.

We would definitely go back to this location as it was very beautiful, but would not recommend this property as we felt we were overcharged and the kitchen was not properly equipped.

Liebe Teresa,

die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderbar.

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Sogar der deutsche Fernsehsender war zu erreichen (ARD). Zum Strand war ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Der Strand und das Meerwasser war sehr schön und sauber.

Zur Wohnung: Leider war es in der Wohnung zeitweise durch die obere Wohnung sehr laut.

Mittagsschlaf war leider teilweise nicht möglich. Die Lautstärke hat sich aber in den letzten

Tagen unseres Urlaubs gebessert. Wahrscheinlich sind die oberen Mieter mit den Kindern ausgezogen. Insgesamt war der Urlaub positiv. Wir haben viel von der Insel gesehen.

Bella casa ma con letti scomodi

Siamo stati in questa casa nella splendida Minorca dal 1 al 12 settembre . L'abitazione corrisponde alle descrizioni fornite ad eccezione di una delle due camere da letto in quanto il letto non è né' un letto matrimoniale tradizionale ne' alla francese ma e' estremamente piccolo e quindi due adulti non possono assolutamente dormirvi comodamente . Abbiamo così richiesto un altro letto che ci è stato portato dopo molta insistenza ma che abbiamo ovviamente dovuto far collocare nel soggiorno!!! Per il resto nulla da dire se non un piccolo consiglio alla proprietaria quello di cambiare i materassi dei letti singoli macchiati e durissimi e di sostituire con un letto matrimoniale quello attualmente presente.

Points positifs : location bien située, au calme, vue reposante, jardin et piscines agréables

points à améliorer : équipement rustique et sommaire, fonctionnant parfois mal (ex : ventilateurs), difficile de faire fonctionner le Wifi, fourmis envahissantes
