This wonderful Villa, is a restoration masterpiece and now offers guests the chance to experience timeless tranquillity in the heart of the ancient stone town of Soller. The villa features 5 ensuite bedrooms, garden studio, entry hall, living room, dining room , library, 2 kitchens, cellar bar, gymnasium, 2 roof terraces, 12m salt water pool and magnificent gardens. The villa is air-conditioned and centrally heated (there is no air conditioning in the studio, there are fans). The Villa boasts large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and would be ideal for two families to share. A small car can be entered into the property, although a car is not necessary here as the beautiful town square is only 3 minutes walk. The square is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops that cater for all your every day needs. The large stone walls that surround the villa hide a lush garden paradise. The west lawn, features stone colonnades, antique fountains, a rose garden and a large lily pond which is used to breed Koi Carp. From the rose garden guests can look down onto the vegetable garden and the orchard. Guests are welcome to help themselves to any of the produce in the orchard.The villa offers a romantic escape under the backdrop of the beautiful Tramuntana mountains, yet it is only 4km. from the beaches of Port Soller.

The Villa is located in the heart of the historic stone town of Soller on the mountainous west coast of Mallorca. The central plaza in Soller is regarded as one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. Although nestled at the base of the dramatic Tramuntana mountains, the town is only 3km from the Port of Soller which has a number of sandy beaches, bars and many restaurants. The historic village of Fornalutx is only 5km or a 30minute walk, up the picturesque valley from the town centre. The village of Deia, which is home to many artists and authors is an easy 20mt drive from Soller. Robert Graves is buried in the church yard in Deia and his house is now a museum and well worth a visit. Palma is the capital City of Mallorca. It has a beautiful cathedral and the centre of the city is a tourist delight, wander around and soak up the history. An historic train runs from Soller to Palma, passing through orange and almond orchards as well as the ruggid Tramuntana mountains.

Master bedroom has a lounge seating area in front of an open fire and a seperate living room that opens out to a roof terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the village. The Terrace bedroom also opens to a surrounded roof terrace with views of the village and mountains. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and central heating. The garden studio is a delightful room which is separated from the rest of the house. It contains a seperate kitchen, dining for 4 and a lounge seating area.The garden studio is not airconditioned. The main sofa contains a double bed which can be folded out at night. The other 3 bedrooms are delightfully furnished with ensuite bathrooms.

Stay tax $1.18 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 16 years.

A deposit of 20% of the total booking charge is required before your booking will be confirmed. The balance of the booking charge is to be paid in full, 8 weeks before the commencement of the booking. Rufundable security deposit of 500 EUR. This deposit will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to the managed inspection of the property.

Check-in is from 04:00 pm, check-out is till 10:00 am.
