About Property Manager
I bought this property with my business partner in 2008. We had the penthouse almost totally rebuilt in 2014 using one of London's leading architects Phil Coffey (the apartment also features on his website). I grew up on a farm in Herefordshire, studied music and spent most of my early life as a music teacher/director of music in private schools in London. Mark was born in London and spent most of his career as a lawyer, most recently as a partner of a large international law firm. We both now live in the Cotswolds where we jointly run a holiday accommodation business.

Why Property Manager chose London Borough of Camden
We bought this property due to its secluded location right in the heart of Central London. We wanted to have some outdoor space and also our own entrance from the street.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
wonderful centrally located apartment with nice views and outdoor seating. perfect for our week in London.
Our family of 4 (22yrs. & 14yrs.) had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was everything we were looking for in a perfect location. There was plenty of room for us and the outdoor terrace & garden made everything memorable. Awesome restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance. We hope to visit again in the future!
5 Stars in perfect location
We had a wonderful stay in this flat! It is nicely appointed, secure and centrally located. Perfect for families and exploring the quaint beautiful streets of Covent Gardens. This was a 5 star experience with many options for food, coffee, and shops. We also had a very good meal right outside the gate at Cafe Mode (delicious Italian). The beds were very comfortable and the outside terraces were beautiful. The architect was beautiful and the property felt very secure. We would highly recommend and we would stay again. 5 stars!
Fantastic Place in a Perfect Location
I am a frequent traveler to London and for the most part I stay in Hotels in Mayfair or around the City of London (the financial district). This was the first time I was traveling with my family and although I had brought my 17 year old son before, his recollection was fuzzy at best. My 9 year old had never been here and she had the "Mary Poppins" dream in mind. I decided to get a flat instead of a Hotel room so they would get the full "local" experience.
Having been to London many times, I decided somewhere around Covent Gardens was not only the most convenient but also the best reflection of what London had to offer as it's very close to all the areas.
I had high expectations for this penthouse flat, and it surpassed them in every way. First the location is ideal, three blocks from the tube at Covent Garden, six blocks from the Soho Theater district, about 10 blocks from Chinatown, walking distance from Trafalgar Square, etc. I could go on, but the location is fantastic.
The apartment is also spectacular, I use VRBO a lot globally, and this is probably one of the best places I have had in 8 years. Three full bedrooms, three full baths, a great loft like living room/dining/kitchen with windows all around, nice local view of the rooftops and a couple of terraces. If you want to feel like you are a local in London, but want to do so in Luxury, this is it. The entrance to the flat from the street is charming and secluded, so it's very quiet, despite being in Covent Garden, even on the weekends.
Finally Andrew and Mark were great communicators. Everything was clear, organized, and a really nice experience. Thanks again, this was a fantastic trip for our family, and we have you guys to thank for it! Cheers!!
We just returned from a stay at this property and cannot wait to return. The penthouse is located very close to Neal's Yard and Seven Dials, and it's a short walk to a number of Tube stations (we primarily used Covent Garden and Leicester Square). Despite its central location, the property is tucked behind a locked gate, so you feel insulated from the hustle and bustle of London.
Our family of six fit very comfortably in the three bedrooms, and the light, airy living space above the bedrooms was a wonderful place to chill out. The penthouse is clearly well cared-for, with the appliances, fixtures, and decor feeling modern and new.
The property manager was also a pleasure to interact with - he is responsive, always available to answer questions, and his return of our security deposit was very prompt.
Needless to say, we'd absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you!
We stayed here with our son and his family. The flat is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. It was such a treat to be able to open the glass doors and sit outside overlooking the rooftops. The neighborhood is terrific and we found the best Indian restaurant ever close by. Would highly recommend this beautiful flat and hope to stay there again on our next visit to London.
