Excellent 3 bed duplex apartment overlooking the harbour within the charming town of Clifden. Convenient lift access to 2nd floor (also accessible by stairs). Entrance hall leads to large very well equipped and attractive kitchen overlooking the town itself. All mod cons are on hand and there is also a handy breakfast bar with 4 stools for dining within the kitchen itself. The spacious and luxuriously appointed lounge / dining has access to a very nice balcony with lovely views over the harbour. This is a lovely spot to sit outside, admire the beautiful scenery with a glass of wine and just relax. You can also have your meals outside on the comfy dining table if the weather permits! The lounge is well equipped with large flat screen tv and an array of music providers. There is also a guest wc with excellent shower on this level. Stairs lead to the upper level with excellent master suite with own balcony (with those lovely views)and private bathroom. There is also a second double suite with private shower room. The third room has a good sized single bed and also a air bed suitable for an additional child if required. There are stair gates for both ends of the stair case if required for babies. This is an excellent 5 star property which will suit both couples and families alike. It is also suitable for golfers using the Connemara Golf course during the day and requiring excellent dining facilities after a day's golf. Highly recommended

I loved this property as soon as I stepped in the door. It is located close to all amenities - shopping, excellent restaurants, great pubs with great 'craic' and excellent irish music. The property is beautifully appointed with excellent quality of fittings and fixtures. The views from the property are stunning. I would have no problem booking a holiday for us here.
Quiet location within the town of Clifden. Close to all amenities. Excellent restaurants. Close to beaches, golf and other sporting activities. Gorgeous scenery. Great walks. Property is very well equipped with all mod cons making it a really lovely home from home.
We stayed in the apartment with another couple for a week during the Clifden Arts Festival. It is centrally located near the pubs and festival activities, and conveniently above the local SuperValu grocery. Even though centrally located, it was quiet and had a very nice view of the harbor from the balcony. The apartment is modern, and nicely furnished. It was a pleasure to stay here and enjoy the wonderful Irish music, art, and grand extravaganza parade on the final day.
We (4 adults and 1 child) stayed there for a week in July 2015. We found the apartment to be clean, warm, well maintained, and kitted out nicely. It was actually bigger than I was expecting. The locally-based apartment manager was very helpful.The location is excellent, and if you want to make Clifden your base for exploring Connemara, it is perfect. I would stay there again.
Superb location at top of very attractive town with terrific views overlooking the harbour. Beside all amenities - shops, restaurants, pubs with irish music, excellent golf course on hand. Quiet property as fronts onto water.
