Tal Mans is a traditional farmhouse with a bougainvillea clad doorway, renovated and extended to a high standard to provide a home with many original features yet with all modern comforts and facilities, open the door and step inside...

Our house is a spacious four bedroomed home sleeping up to 10, close the door behind you and walk along sunlit natural stone corridors, around a central courtyard, to an open-plan sitting and dining room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting/dining area opens onto a walled patio and pool area - great for barbecues!

There is one twin bedded room on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there are two further twin bedrooms and one double. All have en-suite baths/showers and one jacuzzi bath.

The staircase continues to the roof terrace with stunning views over the whole island.

Wonderful holiday on Gozo

The property is a beautiful stone farmhouse which is deceptive from the outside and gave us a most interesting set of facilities, including a lovely internal courtyard for lunch and plenty of poolside space for all of us together with marvellous views across the island from the roof terrace.

We thought the property was in an excellent location with beautiful and interesting walks to restaurants and bars nearby. We particularly liked Il Kantra on the way to Mgarr Ix Xini.

We found the house to be well equipped with all necessities for a most enjoyable stay.

The house and pool were well maintained and cleaned and the neighbours friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend the property.

Amazing House

When we arrived at the property it was immaculate. The house is much bigger than the photos show and give a real rustic feel for the holiday. The pool was clean and we had regular visits from the pool man. The housekeeper Doris was lovely and tried to help in any way possible. The area is quiet and peaceful and was a joy to stay in. The locals are all very friendly. One of the highlights of the trip was the walk to the local beach. The views on the way down were absolutely wonderful, the sea was so clear and there are so many different fish to see. The house was better than we could ever have hoped for. Cant wait to come back next year !!

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house in Sannat, Gozo. The house, swimmingpool and all the rooms were excellent, lovely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we all enjoyed our stay very much. Gozo is a very relaxed island, all highlights are close by. We really enjoyed the beach at Ramla and Xlendi & Marsalforn were good places for dinner and drinks and Victoria was lovely for sightseeing.

We really hope to come back some time.

From the airport it is a 40 min drive to the ferry at Cirkewwa, crossings take approx 25 min, and ferries run approximately every 45 min.

Car Hire on Gozo is plentiful (there is a car hire company in the same street as the property - Franks car hire)

The Island of Gozo region

Gozo is the second largest island in the Maltese archipelago, measuring only 9 by 5 miles, it lies 3.5 miles off the north eastern tip of Malta, easily accessed by frequent ferries.

Gozo has a totally different character to Malta, having resisted large scale development and maintained its tranquil, rural atmosphere, indeed many Maltese come over to Gozo for weekends/leisure time.

There is plenty to do and see and is an ideal year round destination, but don't expect loud clubs and throngs of tourists, even in the height of summer!

Mediterranean climate, lovely beaches, great diving, superb food and the friendliest people in the Med - that's Gozo!

Sannat

Situated to the south of the island, Sannat is one of the oldest villages on Gozo. It still has a strong farming community, the village being surrounded by mosaics of tiny fields.

Sannat boasts an impressive baroque masterpiece of a parish church and the stunning Sannap cliffs with glorious views towards Malta.

One of the two 5* hotels on the island, whose many facilities are open to non residents are a short walk from the property.

Sannat is fortunate in having two excellent restaurants, both within a pleasant stroll from your front door.
