This 3 bedroom apartment is directly located on the St Paul’s Bay seafront. The apartment enjoys spectacular, unobstructed views looking out towards Xemxija and is only 3km from Golden Bay beach!
Internal area is about 98 sq m. 2 nd floor with lift, 3 bedrooms, plus an extra sleeping area , 2 shower rooms room, . Sleeps 2-10 persons.

We are fully dedicated to our properties and guests. We are always a phone call away and try to be as helpful as possible. We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general. We offer to book airport transfers by taxi or minibus at the best prices by trustworthy drivers.
We offer to help book car hire at the lowest prices. Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with fulltime and part time fishermen.
On arrival we meet you personally at the property and see that all is up to your satisfaction. We also offer to give you tips for your holiday according to the season and your likes and preferences.
During your stay we offer 24/7 support, a fast maintenance and replacement service should anything go wrong in the property.
All our properties are by far the best kept as we do an ongoing maintenance. Also the properties are licensed and insured for your piece of mind.
We had a very good time in Malta. Booking the apartment was easy and as nice as described. The location is perfect for exploring Malta especially the north and Valletta. This wonderful seafront apartment had everything we needed to make our stay easy and relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean, bright and spacious...very comfortable. Neville and Ruth helped us organise a fantastic boat trip to the Blue Lagoon in Comino....wow! They were a great help! The apartment was faced with gorgeous view of the bay and also right on the main bus route that takes you into the center of St Paul's Bay and on to the rest of the island so we were never stuck for places to go. All in all a wonderful holiday!
This was my first time booking a holiday flat online....so I was skeptical. But after we arrived my fears were put to rest. Neville and Ruth were great. The flat was clean, spacious and centrally located (Quick bus ride to the best beaches and the bus station is a 15 second walk away). Kitchen was great too. Balcony view overlooks St. Paul's Bay. Absolutely beautiful. Neville and Ruth even helped us organize activities. Needless to say...I will be back in September. Great experience and I strongly recommend going through Neville and Ruth. Thanks guys for everything!!!!!

Although we were in Malta for a very short time, we had everything we needed to make the most of our holiday. It got pretty chilly at times but we had a lovely warm, cozy apartment to come home to. All appliances and utilities were supplied plus wonderful views of the bay! Shops and restaurants were close by so we didn't need to worry about night buses. However, the buses were fantastic to get around. We still have lots to explore so will definitely make it out to Malta again!
This apartment was lovely and well located right on the seafront! We had everything we needed to make our holiday very relaxing and peaceful! Never say no to a nice glass of wine on the balcony at sunset :))) We loved Malta and look forward to coming back in the near future
We recommend this apartment to anyone staying in St. Pauls Bay! Apartment has amazing seaviews and is located right on the promenade. Apartment is spacious, clean and has all you need including washing machine which we found practical and also wifi internet.
In the area there is everything you need like shops, bus stops, restaurants.
The owner Neville is incredibly accommodating and helped us organize airport transfers and plan our stay in Malta. He made us feel at home right from the start.

St Paul's Bay is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The flat is located in a quiet area facing the fishing harbour. In fact one can enjoy seeing the fishermen coming in and going out of the harbour from the the terrace or in the sitting room. Just 150 m away there is also a small swimming zone which is very popular with the locals for a quick swim. St Paul’s Bay has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. This is 800m from the apartment. Bugibba and Qawra are new touristic areas in St Paul’s bay (1 km away) where one might find more bars, restaurants (also McDonalds and Pizza hut), diving and water sport centres, ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo.
The flat is also close to the best Sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay etc and Malta’s most intact countryside. In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located in front of the door and the buses passes from the same street.
