All the best,
We have been renting houses in Durango for over 20 years. It fits my personality well as I do love to make everyone happy.
Holly Jason purchased this studio in 2004
We built this property just as a vacation rental. Everything you need to have a fabulous time in Durango.
Japanese soaking tub, pet friendly, private courtyard, and super close to restaurants, shopping and trails.
We came with our two little dogs and they had so much fun in this big yard with a tight fence. Holly was very accomodating and helped us arrange for skiing lessons at Purgatory. Comfortable home in Durango and it's so close to downtown to go to restaurants on foot. We had a great time and will be back soon!
So bright, beautiful, and cozy. Wonderful big yard, soaking tub, comfortable yard, and fantastic location!
Loved my short stay! All the comforts of home & very tastefully decorated plus a wonderful private patio to enjoy outdoors. Walking distance to all the shops & restaurants - and access to miles of walking or biking trails! Would definitely return!
Very clean, comfortable, felt like being at home. Close to downtown shopping areas. The listing was spot on in description, property is well maintained, well supplied. Holly really cared about us for our stay and was very accessible via texting or phone, even when this dumb okie couldn't figure out the sink,,!!!. We would highly recommend this property for a single or couple staying in Durango. Holly left a welcome book there and it listed several really good restaurants. We did not eat out that often during our week there, we visited very good friends in Cortez and was never in Durango for the noon meals. The apartment was close to the Durango-Silverton train station, which we highly recommend riding. We mostly did day trips and this was the perfect place for us.
This place was great for an individual or a couple looking to stay close to downtown Durango. Super cozy place, very nice decor, the yard and patio were perfect for the cool Fall weather, and the amenities were everything I could've asked for and more. I had a wonderful stay and will surely be back.
