Sunny apartment for families in super nice community

Cozy apartment with 3 bedrooms, ideal for families up to 6 people. Very sunny and with a balcony with relaxing views with pine trees, olive trees, cypresses and the sea bottom. It is located in a family community with communal garden and a large pool. Located in the Golfet, a 10m walk to the beach. It has an outdoor parking and entrance to the apartment is a few meters from the building.

All rooms are exterior with beautiful views. It has three bedrooms, one with double bed and two bunk beds and trundle bed respectively. It has a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen has everything you need, oven, microwave, refrigerator and others. It also has an additional balcony where there is a washing machine.

Common areas include Mediterranean garden and a large pool with a special area for young children. From the apartment there is a good view of the pool which can be good for controlling older children. It is also easy to park in the surrounding streets.

There is a restaurant and a bakery located at 200m distance downhill.

The apartment is very near Cap Roig, a beautiful protected natural park. You can go cycling, running or walking access unknown and uncrowded beaches around.

Cap Roig is a beautiful castle and its gardens there is an annual festival with concerts during July and August. Local singers but there are also a large selection of international artists. Groups such as Sting, Rod Stewart, Status Quo or Santana. It can be seen at: www. caproigfestival. com

Great stay, better than expected!

Great 3 bedroom apartment in a perfect location, very quiet and comfortable. The village is 5 min walking and a great little beach is just 10 mins walking.

Estefania is very nice owner, always willing to help.

We definetely had a great stay at Estefania apartment, feeling like being at home. For sure we'll repeat in the future.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, toller Pool, sauber und nett eingerichtet

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung ca. 15 min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Wir waren dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den schönen und gepflegten Pool teilt man sich theoretisch mit 36 Wohnungen - bei unserem Aufenthalt (Mitte Juli) waren wir aber oft allein am Pool :-).

Das 6-Parteien-Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu, die Wohnung war aber sehr nett eingerichtet und sauber.

Alles in allem durchaus zu empfehlen.

In addition to the picturesque scenery and beautiful beaches of Calella, in a radius of 20 km are many places to visit: Medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada, beautiful beaches like Sa Riera and Sa Tuna, or charming towns like Begur. There is also an Iberian settlement of Ullastret is really interesting to visit with children at high historical value. A part of this cuisine in this area is wonderful, there are many good restaurants serving local food in super nice environments (stone walls, Catalan volta and styles of rural farmhouses). Definitely a dream.
