This 6 Bedroom villa is modern, spacious and well appointed. It sleeps 12 persons in comfort. It has free broadband Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout and lots of room for children and grown-ups.
The villa is split in 3 levels with the ground floor having the entrance hall with a beautiful and luminous indoor garden adjacent to the dining area and the spacious lounge with a wide flat screen TV with cable channels and direct access to the covered exterior terrace, ideal for dining 'al fresco'. On the ground floor, there are 2 double en-suite bedrooms a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, large American style fridge and a kitchen island with a hob for cooking. Upstairs in the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 en-suite. Down the stairs to the lower level you can find the utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, another bedroom with 2 twin beds and with natural light, a cozy games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.

The glamorous Mediterranean garden with a large variety of plants and some native trees such as the pines, offer plenty of shade on hot summer days. The beautiful swimming pool of about 9 meters long by 5 meters wide and 2.20 meters maximum depth is complemented by a small round pool, being very shallow it is suitable for the younger ones. Around the pool there are 12 sun loungers which can be moved around to a sunny spot or a shade, it’s easy to get both. A practical pergola over a wooden deck provides shade and houses the outdoor dining table and seating for 12. The charcoal barbecue is just next to it and complements this area.
The guests of this villa are entitled to use the pool of the Encosta do Lago condominium as well as other facilities such as the gym and the tennis court. Access is granted via cards existing in the property and this is included in the rental.
There is parking space in front of the house for 2 or more cars.
Nearby, just 3 km away is Quinta Shopping with superb restaurants and a Supermarket. At 2 km, you will find sand beach.
