Lovely home with all the amenities!
Beautiful property ideally located in the West End near our conference while only a short walk downtown. Provincetown is lovely this time of year. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Joe’s home is perfectly located. It’s a short walk to all the attractions on Commercial Street, but tucked away on a small gravel street with plenty of privacy. The house is charming and well equipped. This was our favorite Ptown rental to date - we hope to return in future years.
Grape Vine Cottage is Spendid
Thank you Joe and Jay (house manager) for a great stay. Your home is beautiful and very well appointed. The gardens are amazing and kept up nicely. There were many extras that we were not expecting and well appreciated. This house has everything that a vacationing family or group of friends would need. If I had to give one negative comment it might be that the house is a little bit far from town but the quiet neighborhood and being close to the ocean made up for it. And with the bikes provided, problem solved. Again, thanks to Joe and we wish him all good things for the season.
Located at the outermost tip of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, this West End Provincetown property is one of 30 properties floated over from Long Point about 150 years ago when the major business of the town was fresh fishing. Nestled amongst a handful of other homes on Atwood Avenue, a quiet private lane, steps away from the town harbor and beach, this property has easy and close access to swimming, sailing, fishing and kayaking. Clubs, cafes and restaurants are short walking distances away. Performing and fine arts enthusiasts will enjoy the offerings from the town's galleries, playhouse and 2 museums. Nightlife includes live music, comedy and numerous festivals.
Air conditioning units and fans throughout the house.
Other Activities: Bay and ocean beach; kayaking, art galleries
