The MalinKiGa is a studio cabin 4 persons completely renovated with quality materials in 2015 (new bathroom windows, kitchen, new furniture and floors, painted wood and plaster on the old walls).

In the Residence Malinka, in the Falaise district in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, the departure / return is skis, all amenities are within 5 min (shops, restaurants, school and ski rental, and packages lifts, Aquariaz).

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, direct access to the apartment at the car park exit.

Classified 3 *** by the Departmental Union of Tourist Offices and tourist offices of Haute-Savoie apartment of 23m2 surface consists of:

- A cabin with beds (80x190 cm) and a bunk window

- A bathroom with large shower (150x75cm), heated towel rail, toilet, hair dryer and vanity unit

- A kitchen with microwave oven, 4 hob, extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, raclette, toaster, iron, table and 4 chairs

- A living room with coffee table, 2 stools and a sofa Rapido (Bed express DIVA brand mattresses SIMMONS 160X200 18cm thick), Samsung Smart TV 82 cm connected internet, WIFI. There is a door between the living room and the hallway to the bathroom and sleeping area

- A ski locker and a quiet balcony with magnificent view south west (photos on the site of the panorama taken from the balcony), no commercial activity below, not overlooked

Linens installed (duvets, sheets), towels made available and final cleaning included.

No smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

Baby equipment available on request

Tax not included (1 euro per night per person over 16 years).

Find us also in Avoriaz for the Summer season with additional equipment in the apartment electric barbecue, 1 table and 2 chairs for the balcony.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view!

We stayed at MalinKiGa for a week during the February half-term. The apartment was cosy, homey and very clean. The owner kindly provided complimentary essentials such as washing products and toileteries, and maintained good communication with us throughout the whole booking process until after our stay. Access to carpark, shops, ski lockers and most importantly ski slopes is second to none; the location is perfect for a small family like ours. We cooked in the apartment most nights and the evening tranquility around the area was a welcoming atmosphere after a whole day of skiing. Thank you to Seb and Guillaume for your lovely hospitality. A highly recommended property and we would definitely be back very soon!

Lovely Apartment

This apartment is great. It is very comfortable and cosy. It is right on the slopes so you can ski in and out easily. The views are amazing. The sofa bed is king size and very comfortable and the bunk beds are great for kids. The location is perfect, near shops and restaurants and the pick up and drop off for bus transfers is a few minutes walk directly behind the apartments. We cooked in the apartment most nights and the kitchen is well equipped for this. The wifi is great and there is a smart tv which gives you access to netflex. The owner is very nice and helpful as was Guillaume who looks after the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment, right on the slopes

The apartment is really well renovated, modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable for the two of us.

Right near the supermarket, on the slopes and only a few minutes walk to the rest of the shops.

The owner was very good at checking everything was ok and if we needed anything - thanks very much.

Perfect for two!

This apartment was ideal for us and we couldn't fault it in any way. We are a couple in our 20's and were looking for a ski in/out self catered apartment that was close enough to the bars/restaurants but not so close that you would hear them all night. We arrived earlier than planned so phoned the guy that looks after the apartment, he arrived within 10 minutes to give us keys and sort everything out. Check out procedure was also quick and simple. The apartment is located close to the smaller supermarket (Sherpa) and the bakery. The larger supermarket in the centre of the station was 5 minutes walk. The wifi was fine and we were able to watch English channels on the iPad without any issues. The heating and hot water worked very well and the apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils/cutlery/crockery ect. During our stay we used the pull out double bed in the living area which was comfortable. There are also bunk beds which would be okay for small children. Although you could fit an average size adult in them I think it would be a bit of a squeeze having four adults sharing. The ski area was fab and suited our needs very well, lots of blue runs but also reds if you fancied them. There is a dedicated ski locker that would easily fit 4 pairs of skis/boots in it. We would definitely stay here again as the owners were kind and helpful throughout the booking process and also emailed mid week to check that everything was okay.

Nice studio and well located

Our family with two children enjoyed our stay in the studio very much. Standard is very good compared to other non renovated appartments in Avoriaz.

Perfect to be on second floor, close to both entrance and ski room. WIFI was OK. Views great. No problems getting access. Owners contacted us during the stay to make sure everything was OK. Recommended!
