Beautifully renovated ground floor apartment on secured gated private complex, boasting 2 communal pools and a play area, only 5 minutes by walk from the sea. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The unit has new furniture and is nicely decorated. It includes 1 bedroom with king size bed and fitted large wardrobe and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Cot bed available upon request.

The kitchen/living area has fridge/freezer, 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster and kettle plus a washing machine.

The large family bathroom has a shower and is light and airy.

The shaded patio area can accommodate people to eat outside.

Costa Antigua is a relaxed resort only 10 minutes from the airport, it has several shops like bars, restaurants, pizzeria, tapas bar, mini market, ATM.

Caleta de Fuste is only a 20 minute walk along the seafront or a 3 minute drive by road (by taxi is approx. Euro 4). Caleta is a busy resort for families and couples with sandy beaches, numerous bars and restaurants, play areas for young kids which makes it a great spot for young families.

A further 5 minutes’ drive there are two 18 hole golf courses.

The apartment is well located to use as a base to visit the rest of the attractions the island has to offer, such as the Jandia beaches, Oasis Park zoo and botanical gardens, the sand dunes of Corralejo and Baku water park.

There are 2 big shopping centres within 5 kms radius and beaches all around the area, within 5 minutes by car.

A couple of minutes walk to two bus stops: one is a free service to Atlantic shopping centre, the other which takes you to Puerto del Rosario or Caleta in the other direction.

We are a young couple who fell in love with the island of Fuerteventura. You are welcome to come and spend time in our holiday home, but please treat it as you would with your own home. We live in the UK but like travelling whenever possible.

Why Chiara & Daniele chose Nuevo Horizonte

We bought the property in Autumn 2014 and renovated completely with new decoration and furniture. We chose Costa De Antigua because it is so near to the airport that it takes very little to get to. The place is relaxing, with all the necessary amenities and far away from the too tourist area in Corralejo where there is movida and foreign crowds. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday, experience the real life of the island but with a sense of feeling at home because several British citizens live in the area. Costa de Antigua is in the middle of the island, meaning that you can escape for daily trip without having to drive extended hours.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in a nice complex with security gates and CCTV cameras. It offers 2 nice swimming pools and all neighbours are very friendly and available for a chat.

Appartamento munito di tutto ció che puó servire in ogni occasione (lavatrice,phon, stendino, mollette,pentole,posate,coperte,ferro da stiro,microonde, tostapane, pinze ecc...e anche una fantastica piscina!) in zona strategica per visitare in tranquillità ogni località di Fuerteventura (a circa mezzora da Corralejo e 50 minuti da Morro Jable). Quartiere tranquillo e vicino ad un piccolo supermarket aperto quasi sempre e a pochi minuti da un supermercato più ampio ( sono anche Ikea e molti rent a car). Facilissimo da raggiungere dall'aeroporto grazie alle indicazioni chiare e precise dei proprietari. Posizionato di fronte ad alcuni baretti irlandesi molto simpatici ed economici. Caleta Paraíso è un posto tranquillissimo dove trascorrere il proprio soggiorno. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili a qualsiasi chiarimento e rispondono alle mail massimo qualche ora dall'invio. Gentilissima anche Susan, la signora inglese che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo. Consiglio a tutti vivamente di alloggiare in questo appartamento, abbiamo trascorso una settimana paradisiaca e sicuramente torneremo per riviverla.

Appartamento essenziale ma con tutto il necessario buona la nostra permanenza molto comodo il letto cosa che spesso non succede, se posso dare un consiglio per rendere la zona giorno più cofortevole una tavola in legno con sedie non da giardino gentile la proprietaria e la sign susan

Appartement trop superficiellement meublé

Appartement bien situé mais qui nécessite plus de meubles dans la pièce principale pour être confortable. Beaucoup trop de bruit la nuit jusqu'à 1 h 30 du matin. Pas de rideau occultant dans la chambre et donc aucune intimité puisque le chemin piétonnier passait devant la fenêtre. Concernant la cuisine, aucun saladier, ni mugs. Il était par contre propre à l'exception de la baignoire qui avait énormément de cheveux dans le trou d'évacuation. Nous avons cependant passé un bon séjour.

Owner's Response: Hello, we are glad that you have had a pleasant stay, This is a holiday home so we put in basic furniture, also not to overcrowd the rooms, and in the bedroom there are 2 sets of curtains: one white and one 'black out' to screen the light, so I am sorry if you have not seen them! We are always open to suggestions to add more accessories suitable for guest of different nationalities, so we will definitely buy mugs, thanks for your suggestion, and we'll make sure that the cleaning are always well done. In regards to the noise, unfortunately you have stayed in August which is high and crowded season, so it's noisy a bit everywhere...:) Hope you will come and stay again. Thank you. Chiara and Daniele

What a lovely place!

The apartment is a gem and has everything that you need. The area is quiet but has all necessary amenities, the sea is a walk away, everyone is friendly and we made friends!

We have rented a car at the Airport (payless car, very good) and visited the entire island and we found the location to be perfect because it is in the middle of Fuerteventura.

We want to go back soon!

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival and departure times are flexible if no other guests are arriving on the same day.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
