This 1 bedroom apartment is directly located on the St Paul’s Bay seafront. The apartment enjoys spectacular views looking out towards Xemxija and is only 3km from Golden Bay beach!
Front terrace (seafront) is 15 sq m, 2nd back terrace is 3sq m and 3rd back terrace is 2sqm. Penthouse has 35 sq m internal area. 4th floor with lift, 1 bedroom (with double bed), shower room, 2 sofa beds for 2 children to sleep separate, max 130 cm or with additional mattress to make a normal double bed 130cm wide.

Clean and modern, two good sized bedrooms and modern shower room.
Terrace with breathtaking views on another more relaxed way of life in the quiet harbour. BBQ to use on balmy evenings and modern washing machine out there too.
Breathtaking view does not mean breathless climb, as modern lift there too.
Shopping trolley downstairs for the short trip to the convenience store.
Bus stop either side of the road makes Valetta and mdina 1 euro 50 away.
Neville and Ruth are fantastic hosts from airport transfers to booking comino and blue lagoon trips door to beach!
Very good value for money and TV channels too.

I could advice everyone to visit the island of Malta, and if you do so, take the apartment of Neville is and Ruth at St.Paul's bay... everything was just perfect for us, we did not only find a very well equipped apartment, but also a owner that was only one whatsapp away for any kind off question.. the view was better then we hoped for; an emerald sea at day, harbour lights at night... it gas a big balcony, with a bbq, that we used the eat the best fish I ever had:-) in front of the building is a bus stop, the busses are taking you all over the island, but sometimes the were a bit overloaded:-) we came in late at evening, at our surprise we found some items for breakfast and a bottle of delicious wine.. a big compliment to Neville!! Highly recommended!! Value for money!
I spend 1 week with my husband and my 8 years old son in Ruth & Neville’s apartment. We were supposed to arrive on Saturday but Neville was expecting us on Sunday. Therefore there happened a mistake in the reservation. Neville asked us to stay one night in another apartment, but in the same house. It was just the second floor instead of the penthouse. So this was absolutely no problem for us. As a compesation we received a boat trip to Comino from Neville. Thank you for that! This was a great trip and comino is very nice. The next day after arrival we moved to the penthouse, which is a little bit smaller than the flat in the second floor because of the roof terrace. From there you have a perfect view on the St. Paul’s bay. Very nice. But the apartment in the second floor was from my point of view nicer and more comfortable. As you can see on the pictures in the description of the apartment, the furnishing is a bit older but totally ok for a holiday. Everything was clean and especially the service and communication with Neville and Ruth was perfect!
Top floor apartment with sizeable terrasse offering stunning views across the harbour
Good size apartment with all the crockery and cuttlery needed to cook decent meals including oven cooker + microwave oven, comfortable bedding, adequate bathroom with shower + toilet and a great outdoor living area with a gas BBQ.
St Paul's Bay is a town therefore be prepared to put up with the usual city living nuisances (traffic noise, building work) however it has its own charm and is ideally located to explore the rest of Malta. For those who enjoy walking, there is a fantastic heritage trail to explore 15-20mn walk from the apartment on the other side of the harbour which is dotted with pre-historic landmarks as well as a Roman apiary! It leads you on to a deserted fort built by the British in the late 30's offering stunning views across the bay + North of the island as well as over Comino and Gozo.
Now the absolute PLUS is the service offered by Neville and his team which is second to none! From taxi transfers to arranging tour bookings thanks to great communication links (Facebook, Whatsapp) all you need to do is ask and you get an answer within minutes! We were on a late flight and waiting for us were a couple of bottles of water along with bread, butter, ham and cheese to make ourselves a sandwich in case we were hungry.
There is a bus stop right outside the apartment but to be honest, just hire a car as you will be able to park it on the street. You will get to see more of the island and I wouldn't recommend Malta's buses anyway. They're cheap, but they are way too infrequent and jam packed.
I would definitely recommend a stay at Harbour Lights Penthouse Apartment. You really can't beat their highly attentive service.

Best part of St Pauls Bay with easy access to main roads and beaches.
4th floor apartment, with lift to all floors, and easy access to all rooms including outside washing machine and separate drying area. Easy access to large supermarket via main road (by pass) or smaller one in Port Azzoro A good sized balcony, with table, chairs, and sun loungers, overlooking moored boats, with far reaching views. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Full kitchen facilities for cooking and plenty of pots, pans etc. Easy access to north and west beaches. Air conditioning would have been nice..

This apartment in St.Pauls Bay has the most incredible views. Waking up to this every morning was a dream. The bus station is right outside the door step allowing traveling around the island a breaze. We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine and a bottle of water, which was amazing to have after traveling. Ruth also sets you up with any tours you'd like to do throughout your holiday. I would definitely recommend!

St Paul`s Bay is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The Penthouse is located in a quiet area facing the fishing harbour. In fact one can enjoy seeing the fishermen coming in and going out of the harbour from the the terrace or in the sitting room. Just 150m away there is also a small swimming zone which is very popular with the locals for a quick swim. St Paul’s Bay has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. This is 800 m from the apartment. Bugibba and Qawra are new touristic areas in St Paul’s bay where one might find more bars, restaurants (also McDonalds and Pizza hut), diving and water sport centres, ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo. These areas are just 20 min walk form the penthouse. The Penthouse is also close to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay (5/10 minutes by bus) etc and Malta’s most intact countryside. In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located in front of the door and the buses passes from the same street. Valletta and Mdina are 30 minutes by bus. Malta Airport 1 hour by bus. Ferry terminal to Gozo and Comino islands 15 minutes by bus.

Additional information about rental rates
Monthly prices are applicable from November to March, for minimum stay of 3 months. Water and electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the price for monthly rentals. On arrival we require a deposit against damages of Euro 150. This is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment.
