Beautiful House 74 is located in quite part of Rovinj, only 300 m from the Adriatic Sea. The city centre is 2 km away from the accommodation. Grocery store and restaurant can be reached in 3 minutes walking. Rovinj is perfect for active holidays: tennis courts and diving club is 1 km distance, also there are 3 trails of 30 km and two longer, about 60 km for a little more demanding cyclists, cycling routes which are marked on the cycling map of Istria. Rovinj and the surrounding countryside and the biking trails crossing provided at approximately 30 km and pass the most beautiful beaches, park forest Zlatni Rt, a protected ornithological reservation Palud. Airport of Pula is 35 km away.
The house is comfortable for 6 persons. It consists of three bedrooms with terraces, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. It is equipped with wireless internet, satellite television, air condition. The garden is 300 m2 offers a barbecue facilities for the guests. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has twin beds. One bathroom has a bath tub with shower, the other one offers a shower. Living room has comfortable seating area and a dining area. Fully equipped kitchen has all necessary cooking facilities, fridge, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle.

It is famous for the Cathedral of St Euphimia, the highest church tower in Istria; the Balbi Arch, it is the original historic entrance in the city; the market of Valdibora, where you can find fresh juicy fruits, home-made olive oil, truffles and souvenirs; the artists' street Grisia; the Town Museum, which is home to many archeological findings; Rovinj Aquarium, which is one of the oldest in Europe. And if you go by bicycle, you can enjoy Rovinj's beautiful nature. There are a lot of bicycle paths through pine forests that follow the coastline.
