About the property

Beautifully Appointed Penthouse Apartment With Great Views in Athens Centre

PK4 is located in the old commercial centre right next to one of the biggest open markets in Europe. It is 2' away from Monastiraki and Plaka.

It has one bedroom (king size double bed and/or two single beds), a living room with a two metre long large sofa bed (1,40metres wide) and we may add a fold out bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a marble bathroom and one toilet (that can be accessed from the bedroom and from the living room).

PK4 is a fully refurbished apartment with original art work and contemporary fittings and furniture. It has a large private balcony and access to a roof top terrace, both of which have amazing Acropolis views as well as wide skyline views.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor and has elevator access.

This apartment is located in Monastiraki  minutes’ walk away from Plaka.

Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.

Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.

Monastiraki is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.

You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Market.

The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.

Once you get to the apartment, we will be there to meet you and take you on a short tour of the neighbourhood so you can get your bearings.

We also provide our Guests with our own Locals Guide. It describes and shows you how to get to some of our favourite local hidden shops, cafes, museums and galleries. On the guide we have included the Co-ordinates which are displayed on an English worded map that we also provide. The street signs in Athens are all in Greek and English, which means that with the "Locals Guide" and the map you can easily explore all of inner city Athens and find great places that few will.

Spotless and nicely updated roomy and sunny apartment with nice terrace

The service and communication from the management staff was outstanding. They were extremely helpful in arranging transfer, meeting us at the apartment, orienting us to the area, and offering help to make us comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, nicely updated, convenient to sites. The apartment is large, the terrace is nice, and the windows are abundant. We lacked for nothing and would highly recommend this property to couples looking for an authentic Athens experience.

Quiet haven in incredible location

I spent four days here with my girlfriend in October and we were not disappointed! Great directions from Boutique Athens on how to get to the apartment, including being met at the metro station to get given a quick tour of the area, after being taken to the apartment. The location was great, on a side street five minutes walk from Psirri square. The apartment was very light, with the most incredible balcony. It was perfect for breakfast, and for evening views of the Parthenon. We were within walking distance of most of the main attractions (and close to a metro for when we wanted to spend a day at the beach). Overall, the apartment was nice and spacious, with the balcony a great USP. The location was second to none. The service from Boutique Athens was great, they even let us leave our bags at the head office while we did sightseeing on the final day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

You can check in at any time after 9pm and before 9am by simply booking your transport to the apartment via one of our trusted taxi drivers. They charge no extra to check you in. On arrival he will let you into the apartment and ask you what time you would like our permanent staff to take you on a tour of the area and to show you the apartment in detail.
