Charming California style contemporary, 3/3/2 private and secluded home at the end of cul-de-sac, with spacious 2 car parking. Direct access to the IMG Academy Golf Courses across the street. Enter the ground floor entry of this split level home and proceed up the stairs to the main living area. To the left is the living room/great room with volume ceilings, flagstone fireplace, track lighting and wood beam accents. Gaze out the sliding doors to the screen enclosed outdoor living area with built in bench seating. The deck overlooks the screen enclosed built in pool with stairway access to the pool. To the right is the dining room along with sliding doors to the front balcony. The newly renovated kitchen is perfect for entertaining with granite counters, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and built in desk. Off the kitchen is a small hall to a full bath and laundry area. The top floor contains the master suite with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents and another balcony. Two additional bedrooms share a bath and both have vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. Enjoy the privacy of this home, mature landscape, and wooded lot which is a great location for easy access to IMG Academy
For the proximity to the beach, you have only a 7-8 minutes ride to get there. New A/C (06/2015).

Located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of shopping and dining venues nearby.
Twenty-five plus minutes to the beaches and downtown Sarasota. House is roomy and there's an elevated deck over the gorgeous pool which provides an alternative place to gather or dine.
Kitchen is super-spacious and you're guaranteed not to run our of cupboard space. Very large refrigerator and all the appliances work. Plenty of of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and tableware, but we had to buy paper napkins, towels and toilet paper.
The bedrooms are large and the beds are quite comfortable. The shower in the Master Bath wasn't operable (the Owner is having it repaired) but the inconvenience was minor as there were two other showers. The supply of towels was also good.
The tv remote is a bit weird; instructions would be helpful as would a local Channel Guide.
There are some signs of the wear and tear you'd expect in a rental property that could be freshened by a coat of paint but the house itself was very clean.
The Owner was rapid and quite helpful in her responses to our various questions.
Would we return? Yes!
Property was very clean with a private pool
We really enjoyed the 2 months that we stayed at this property . We felt very safe in this upper class neighborhood . We enjoyed the amenities that this home provided . The kitchen was well stocked , a newer large screen TV , newer furniture , as well a private pool area provided the comfort we were looking for . We particularly enjoyed the lanai off the kitchen where we ate many of our evening meals . The owner was easy to deal with as well
Not Very Good
We were a family of 6, 4 Adults and 2 young children. We arrived on Friday afternoon and first impressions from the outside wasn't very good. When we got inside it was better, nice and clean. We could not find a kettle to boil water to make tea or coffee, so we rang the telephone number we had been provided with if there was a problem. The phone call went straight to an answer phone, so I left a message. Nobody rang me back so I rang again Saturday Morning and it went straight to an answer phone again, but this time somebody rang back. The lady said she was French and did not speak much English. I tried my best to explain but she did not know what a kettle was, so we had to boil water in a pan on the hob to make our tea and coffee. Later that day we came back from our evening meal and the key would not open the door. Over the next hour we rang the number 3 times but all we got was the answer phone again. The next door neighbour tried to help us but said it looked like the lock was not working. By this time the young children were starting to get upset so we decided to go to the first floor door and break in. This we did and we let ourselves in. I rang the number again and it went to answer phone again. We received a call from the lady and explained to her what we had done and told her we had sent the owner an e-mail. Later that evening the lady rang to say a locksmith was on his way. The locksmith arrived and said the lock needed changing, which he did. Since we have got home we have had an e-mail from the owner saying we will be getting $0 refund deposit but the reason given was in French so we have asked for it in English but as yet haven't had a reply. If this is because of damage to the door all we can say is the door would not have been damaged if the lady had answered her phone and sent the locksmith out earlier so we are not very happy about this. I wouldn't recommend this property to people with very young children as there are a lot of stairs and also to anybody that uses a kettle!
I rent houses in bradenton for 4 years and nobody has ever asked me a kettle. The description of my home on the differents websites never mentions the presence of this kettle.
To make some coffee, there is a coffeepot and for the water of the tea, there is a microwave or pans to make warm some water. I don’t think that it deserved two phone messages rather aggressive.
Concerning the lock of the front door (which for information had been changed less than 1 year ago), I consider that it is not normal to break 2 doors to go into a house while the locksmith intervened the same day.
For staircases, I don’t understand your remark. All the rooms are on the same level (including a bathroom and the terrace), except the 3 bedrooms and the two other bathrooms which are on the next floor up.
The pictures on the website shows clearly that it is not a single-storey house.
Most of my tenants have children and it doesn’t seem to disturb them to go up some steps to go to sleep in the evening or have a bath in the swimming pool.
Cécile lives for several years in bradenton and She is always very estimated by the tenants.
Very nice location for beaches
The house was very nice with new carpeting through out . The owner recently installed new screening around the pool area . The kitchen was large and fully equipped with cooking utensils . The home is located on a quiet cul de sac . Tristan the owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns .
Very nice home for the money
The place is nice , big kitchen ,big mater bedroom , bathrooms needs update but everything works great . If you like to cook they have everything that you need and more. The pool was great my family really liked . They have beach umbrella , chairs and few kids toys for the beach . Siesta key 35 min . Lido beach and ST Armand's Circle 17 min . The Neightbor hood is very nice , we wish had bicycles . Otherwise everything was great .! Thank you Tristan and Cecilia
Great location, house and owner
This is a big house in a lovely street and fabulous location. The area is really beautiful with plenty to see and do, some great restaurants and breathtaking beaches. Tristan is a pleasure to deal with and made everything very easy for an extremely reasonable price. I personally don't have a problem with the shag-pile carpet - very retro, as is the fireplace - but there are some areas that could do with a little maintenance, such as the pool which could do with re-surfacing. Also, some additional hangers would be useful as there were hardly any and a lamp or proper lighting in the bunk bed room. Having said this, I would love to stay here again in the future as we had a lovely time and the house overall was great with everything you would need. Thanks Tristan.
