Tamarindo is a unique new community of oceanblock townhomes in a convenient midtown location in Ocean City, Maryland. The Tamarindo group of townhomes is fully built out, tastefully landscaped, pool filled (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and furnished, and ready for your vacation memories to be made.

Tamarindo occupies a block between 56th and 57th streets just off the main Coastal Highway on the ocean side and only a short walk directly to a wide pristine sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is comfortably located in the center of the group overlooking the pool area from a balcony off the living room and a balcony off the master bedroom with peeks of Ocean City's Assawoman Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

SORRY, HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR AND COLLEGE RENTALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Renter must be 25 years or older.

The first floor of this 1600 square foot 3-level townhome contains a 2-car garage accessible from the back along a private paver-stoned drive between units. From the front, the first floor is accessed from a private porch at ground level to a ceramic tile foyer with a full bath on the left and stairway on the right to the second level. The garage accommodates two vehicles and contains a gas grill for your barbecues. Additional parking for Tamarindo guests is located in the pool area.

The second floor features 9' ceilings and contains a large comfortably furnished living room with HDTV home theater system, ceiling fan, bamboo hardwood floors, a dining area, a breakfast bar, a fully furnished raised kitchen area with ceramic tiled floor and corian counter tops. A wireless Internet connection is available throughout.

Off the living room is a large slider to a balcony overlooking the pool area with a peek of Ocean City's Assawoman Bay. Decorating is tropical with a mix of bright and weathered colors and organic and synthetic textures

From the second floor to the third, you will pass the washer/dryer closet and a half bath on your way up the stairs. On the third floor are 'Cozumel' the master bedroom, 'Cancun' the second bedroom, and 'Mazatlan' the third bedroom, each decorated uniquely. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, cable TV, and are fully furnished. Cozumel has a slider to a balcony overlooking the pool with a view of Assawoman Bay and a peek at the Atlantic Ocean, private bath with a large ceramic tiled shower, and queen-size bed. Cancun has a queen-size bed and Mazatlan has a double-size bed. Another full bath is located off the hallway on the third floor. Sky lights in the stairway and hall bath help bring the outside in.

Upon arrival, park your car (or cars!) in your own private enclosed two-car garage inside your unit and forget about driving, as the public buses run 24 hours daily from 1st to 146th streets for only $3 per day with a stop at 56th street right outside your door. This puts you cheaply within walking distance of all that Ocean City has to offer (and it's a lot!). These public buses are clean, safe, and fun for the whole family. Take an evening bus to Ocean City's famous boardwalk for dinner, shopping, games, rides, and so much more.

Within a short walk from this unit you will find: the beach, the bay, Seacrets, Macky's, Castaway's, Maui Golf, Dumser's, Tubby's, Sunsations, 7-Eleven, health club, tennis courts, 56th street market, ATM machines, video rental, and many other stores, restaurants, and amusements.

Great condo!

The property was very nice. It was great having the balconies that overlooked the pool. It was a close walk to the beach. Mike was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again.

We stayed in this location with seven people. Plenty of amenities and space. The pool was nice and the house was in an ideal location. Many things within a short walk - the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Wonderful property and a responsive owner

It was a wonderful experience for my friend and I's families. The property was well kept, the furnishing were very nice, and the layout was spacious. The community pool was great, we used it nearly everyday. When we wanted to head to the beach, a quick two minute walk and we were there. With the Fractured Prune, Johnny's Pizza, and OC Brewing Co. just across the street, we were able to get some good food quickly for any meal on the days when we didn't want to cook ourselves. Add to it that Mike was always polite and prompt in answering our questions, and we would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation.
