About Anne and Gordon
We welcomed our first holiday let guests in the summer of 2014 when Glasgow was hosting the Commonwealth games, and we have really enjoyed providing a warm welcome to our guests ever since. We lived in Garnethill for many years and think it is one of the best wee areas to stay in Glasgow.
Anne and Gordon purchased this House in 2019
Why Anne and Gordon chose Glasgow
You'll love this house for it's quiet and convenient location. Great for walking to Glasgow's main attractions and so handy for transport links too. The interior is light, bright and airy with plenty space for relaxing at home after a busy day sightseeing.
What makes this House unique
The house has lovely high ceilings in the living -kitchen areas and Paris balcony doors providing lots of light. It's great to have your own private front door and parking alongside.

This house is in Garnethill which is a really interesting area of Glasgow. Within this neighbourhood we have the Glasgow School of Art, St Aloysious school and chapel, the Centre for Contemporary Art, Glasgow Film Theatre, National Trust Tenement House, Glasgow Synagogue, and a couple of minutes walk from the Mackintosh Willow tearooms, the Royal Conservatoire and opera school, Kings Theatre and Theatre Royal. So there's a lot to see and do just within our district and it's very handily situated between the city centre and the west end so it's a perfect base for exploring Glasgow. Transport links are nearby, Buchanan bus station is 10 mins walk, Queen Street and Central stations around 20 mins walk, and the subway is just around the corner only 2 mins walk from the house.
