Located in a quiet street in the historical center of La Rochelle and the Vieux Port, the apartment is to the ideal base to visit La Rochelle and its region.

We fell in love with this area where there is a unique atmosphere where everything is within walking distance: shops, bars, restaurants, main attractions of La Rochelle, station access and maritime transport.

The apartment, completely renovated and decorated, well maintained, located in an old building on 2 floor. It has a double exposure and great light throughout the day.

We have paid great attention to every detail to ensure every comfort to our guests.

You will be met on arrival and an information book specifically designed to respond to all your practical questions.

There are 2 main beds: a bed width 160 in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with thick mattress width 140.

An extra single bed is available on request.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen contains all the necessary equipment and some cleaning products and basic commodities.

Wifi and big screen TV will keep you connected.

Miscellaneous: non-smoking lease, no pets allowed.

Excellent

During a three day visit, we enjoyed this airy, nicely furnished and very well equipped apartment. The location is ideal and all points of interest are within easy walking distance. Carine Laurent was most helpful when we had to make a last minute date change and her local representative looked after things very well.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les petites attentions de la propriétaire. Le marché est est à proximité ainsi que les commerces et restaurants.

superbe location, appartement completement refait, avec beaucoup de gout, de grandes piéces a vivre,

superbe literie, vraiment tout confort.

l appartement est situé en plein coeur du vieux rochelle, a 3 minutes du marché, un vrai bonheur.

El apartamento muy bien ,decorado con mucho gusto y buena acogida

Se ajusta a la descripción del anuncio,limpio y todo en buen estado,quizá choca un poco el estado de la puerta del inmueble y las escaleras de acceso al apartamento que están en malas condiciones.

El recibimiento por parte de Hélene fué muy cordial y nos ofreció toda la información que le pedimos.

Recomendable el apartamento sin ninguna duda.

Charming, comfortable retreat in town centre

I stayed in Carine's lovely apartment for 4 nights while in La Rochelle on business for Sunnyside of the Doc. It was even better than the pictures. Large, spotlessly clean, right in the middle of town facing a beautiful church. The bedroom is spacious with a big, soft yet firm, wildly comfortable bed. The bedroom looks out over an internal courtyard so it's perfectly quiet at night. Can't say enough good things. Would highly recommend and will stay there again if I return.
