This villa offers everything necessary for a pleasant holiday.

On the ground you step through the covered terrace entrance into the cozy living room and dining area, satellite TV and WIFI.

Attached you will find a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, cooking pots, plates and cutlery etc.

On the ground floor are also two bedrooms each with private bath.

The upper floor has an entrance hall which gives access to the third bedroom with bathroom and to the solarium. From here you have a view to the mountains, Alicante city and airport, and the sea.

The third bedroom also has access to the solarium through a sliding door.

All rooms have air-conditioning (combined cooling / heating)

In front of the house is the 10 * 5 m swimming pool with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower etc.

Behind the house you find an outdoor bar with covered seating / dining area and BBQ. This is the ideal place to relax in a shaded area.

The bar has a sink and refrigerator, perfect for all your wine, beer and soft drinks.

This villa is for rent in the quiet urbanization Monte y Mar, in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola).

10 minutes walking distance are the grocery store and several bars and restaurants. The beach is less than 5 (car) minutes of the villa.

As to the whole Costa Blanca you can visit in this area Many markets such as the Gran Alacant Thursday market and / or the Saturday market of Santa Pola.


Gran Alacant belongs to the charming fishing town of Santa Pola, which is a very central and ideal location. There is a tourist train along various shopping centers including the Gran Alacant and to the beach. Gran Alacant is a coastal town with plenty of bars, cafes, supermarkets, shops, banks and post office and nice restaurants of all nationalities. There are miles of unspoiled beaches. In the summer there are beach bars and clubs along the coast of Gran Alacant Santa Pola. The beach is a 5 minute drive from the villa or a 20 minute walk.

Gran Alacant also enjoys a fantastic Mediterranean climate with over 300 sunny days a year. It's a great base for anyone who would like to do some sightseeing.


The city of Alicante is just a short drive or bus journey away with its beautiful marina and castle. The Santa Barbara Castle is the largest medieval castle in Spain, located in the center of Alicante with its stunning views of the city and beyond. St Mary's Church is one of the main attractions in the city built on the ruins of the foundations of a mosque during the Moorish occupation. The blue flag of San Juan Beach stretches for 4.5 miles from the center of Alicante. Alicante has hundreds of bars and restaurants, many of which are located at the Marina Shopping. Plaza March 2 is one of the newest shopping centers located in the center of Alicante with more than 100 shops, restaurants and 16 movie theaters. This is a typical Spanish town with its fishing port and restaurants. Ideal for seafood lovers. The boats come in the afternoon. It has its own daily fish market.

The market is on a Monday and Saturday near McDonalds at the roundabout.

Near the salt lakes of Santa Pola fishing village you will see many flamingos and other birds in the protected nature reserve. Several beaches, such as beaches Carabassi and Santa Pola are only a few minutes by car. From Santa Pola you can take a boat to the island of Isla Tabarca where you can snorkel and enjoy the Spanish fish restaurants.


Named by the World Health Organisation [WHO] as one of the healthiest climates in the world, with 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of around 24c making it an obvious choice for a holiday at any time of year.


From Santa Pola you can take a boat to the island of Isla Tabarca where you can snorkel and enjoy the Spanish fish restaurants.

A tourist must with its restaurants during peak season. Many people take the boat to the island, which takes about 25 minutes. Once used as a hideout by Barbary pirates and by the Spanish to accommodate Genoese prisoners. The island has a turbulent history, but today it is used by locals and tourists and business travelers due to its recreational facilities. A schedule is available at the harbor and ferries and private taxis that will take you on to the island. The surrounding waters of the 2-kilometer-long island was declared a national marine park in 1986 and is a paradise for snorkeller with all marine life.


Near the fishing village of Santa Pola, the salt plains.

The history of the salt lakes goes back many years. They are the oldest and largest in Europe. The bird life is amazing with a large population of flamingos. Different types of birds to see at different times of the year.

Fun Park with incredible attractions and shows around the park.


A lagoon falls into the rapids. Fun for all ages.

Terra Natura

No visible barriers exist as you interact with the animals. There are two parks in one - Terra Natura Aqua Natura also a fantastic water park.


Marine and exotic wildlife. This is a fascinating underwater world with marine life and exotic birds.

A great family holiday

Our party of four adults and two children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. It's very well maintained and, in terms of facilities and equipment, had everything we needed and more. The pool and barbecue and outside dining area were especially appreciated.

Willy could not have been more helpful, recommending Steve for airport transfers, and organising a cot, stair gate and a food package for the evening of our arrival.

Angie and Joe were there to meet us, and took care to explain where everything was and how it worked, and also all about the local area, shops and restaurants, public transport etc.

We very much appreciate all the thought and care that has gone into the villa, and we are happy to recommend it.

Perfect villa for a family holiday

Our family of 2 adults and 4 children have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this fabulous villa – we couldn’t fault it!

From start to finish we had excellent communication with the owner who always replied to emails promptly. The managing agents provided a warm welcome at the villa and were on hand if needed.

The Villa was perfectly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. We ordered a welcome pack which was excellent. The pool and outside areas were lovely and offered plenty of space for everyone.

The villa is in a quiet area within easy walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. The area has a beautiful beach and many places to visit for days out.

We definitely hope to return to the villa again soon and would highly recommend it.

We are just back from two wonderful weeks at this property with our two daughters and sons in law along with our small grandson. From the very first email to Willy & Christiane to our last communication on our return this holiday has been trouble free.

The house, pool and outside area is exactly as described, with the décor and furnishings of a high standard. When we arrived the place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We like to alternate each evening between dining out or a family meal in the house. The large area to the rear on the property was great for a leisurely evening meal, and everything you require to cook is available.

The layout of the house allows several areas for a bit of peace and quiet or communal gatherings. The pool? Well that is the best part of the property and was very well used during our stay. Again spotlessly clean and very well attended to by the pool cleaner (who arrived early in the morning and so caused little disruption to our activities.

We were met on arrival by Angie and Joe who manage the property and special thanks goes to them for their friendly welcome, including providing specific requests regarding our grandson. I can also recommend Steve for your transfers, his details can be had from Willy or Angie.

Regarding the area, it is very peaceful and importantly feels safe. Less than 10 minutes walk from the house is Mayor Square with a Dial Prix supermarket and selection of 'British' bars along with several restaurants offering a variety of cuisine. Just over 10 minutes walk is the Gran Alicante Commercial centre with Aldi's, Consum and Mercadona supermarkets, several shops and more bars and eating places. We would recommend Gran Mundo (Chinese) Patagonia Steak Restaurant and Barloko for cocktails

There is the tourist train which circulates around the urbanisation and is well worth a trip (3euro), however there are also busses to Alicante, Santa Pola (1,5euro) and local circular routes with stops within easy reach of the house.

The area around the house is not as hilly as other parts of the urbanisation however there are a couple of small inclines to negotiate whilst walking to the shops which may cause difficulties to those with severe mobility problems. However I have some medical issues and found them accessible enough to walk up.

Overall thanks to Willy, Christiane, Angie, Joe and Steve. This is a great place to chill out..

Beautiful, well maintained property

We had a fabulous time and hope to return in the future. Willy the owner made it an easy and uncomplicated booking procedure, with endless emails, answering all and any questions. Angie and Joe, villa reps, were very welcoming and of great help.

The villa was as described and better. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. All towels were provided, even for use poolside. There was nothing we found that was not provided. The pool provided hours of fun as we moved around the pool following the sun! Great views of the surrounding area from up on the sun terrace.

Shops, restaurants and facilities were within easy walking distance and now there has been a shopping trolley provided, making it even easier to bring back great local produce. With the commercial centre being a little further away, proving more choice. The small train was a great way to see and get familiar with the local area and to get about. The beach is beautiful and accessible from the train but quite a way to walk.

We would all, from ages 11 to 50 recommend this villa to anyone! Thanks again for providing such a wonderful place to holiday in 😃

Great holiday villa

We stayed for 2 weeks but would happily have stayed for 6! We have already re-booked for next year. Villa was superb - extremely well maintained. We choose not to hire a car and grocery shopping was straightforward due to 4 nearby supermarkets; we liked Consum the best. The owner thoughtfully provided a shopping trolley which made bringing home provisions really simple. It was quite a hike to the beach but we learnt to make use of the small train - 3 euros for a round trip which made it more easily accessible. This was one of the best pools and villas we have stayed in. Joe and Angie were really helpful and genuinely nice people. Booking process with owners was flawless. All in all a great holiday!

The house can be accessed from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

You should report to us (within 24 hours after arrival) any damage caused by the former tenant.
If you cause any damage to the house or the inventory you are obligated to report this during your stay.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT - The security/damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No linen is lost or damaged.
• You comply with the following points at the end of your vacation:
-1. Remove all opened food and drinks.
-2. Put the kitchen inventory (pans, cutlery etc.) clean back where they belong.
-3. Clear out the dish washer.
-4. Take the sheets off the beds and put them together with the towels in a bag or in a corner in the bathroom.
-5. Empty all wastepaper baskets and place the refuse bags in a container along the road.
-6. Clean the barbecue.
-7. The house must be left in a similar tidy and clean condition it was rented out.
-8. Do not shut off the electricity and the water.
-9. Close the windows, doors and grills.

TOILETS – DO NOT FLUSH anything else than toilet paper.
No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.
