Sliema Apartment Rental Photos and Description

This penthouse is located some 250 metres from Malta's longest seafront. It is situated in a quiet residential area and includes a front and a back terrace, equipped with garden furniture and BBQ.

The penthouse is has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is equipped with fast & unlimited WiFi internet and TV.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes an Electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, fridge and a freezer. Hair dryer, iron & iron board are also available.

Extra Costs - Water and electricity is not included in the price. This is charged according to consumption. The bill would be about euro 1/ 2 per person per night.

On arrival a deposit of euro 25 per person will be asked (cash) against damages (to be refunded on check out)

Restaurants, super markets, butchers, bars, beaches, banks, bus stops and Pharmacy are all close by.

Paceville (discos area) is just 15 minutes away on foot.

Parking is available for free in the street.

The Neighborhood

Sliema is where old Malta meets new. Here you’ll find streets of honey coloured townhouses jostling for space next to tall condominiums, brand-new shopping malls springing up down the street from hawkers selling vegetables off the back of a dusty truck, and colourful wooden fishing boats docked next to luxury yachts along the rocky shore of the Mediterranean sea.

From the shores of Sliema you can enjoy my very favourite view on this little island: the skyline of Valletta, Malta’s capital city. Pierced by church spires and domes, and surrounded by great rock bastions, it is unlike any other skyline in the world.

Getting around

Along most of the shoreline in Sliema there is public sea access, offering local residents a respite from the heat in the summer months. You can’t snorkel, swim, or sunbathe right off your doorstep in many cities.

Maltese, Italian, French, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Irish, Argentinian, Turkish, American, Mexican, Indian, British, German, Kiwi, Lebanese — you name it, Sliema has it. Sliema is certainly the most cosmopolitan town in Malta, attracting hundreds of thousands of tourists every year, and its restaurant scene has adapted to meet the needs of diverse palettes and price ranges.

I would recommend this apartment,excellent location with lovely sunny balcony

We had a lovely 11day stay in this apartment. The facilities are exactly as described on the web page. The weather was quite cool during our stay so we could not take full advantage of the large sunny balcony.

I would definitely recommend this apartment especially in the warmer months. The location is excellent, two minutes walk to the sea front, bus stop and very good local shop called Williams. It is within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. The wifi in the apartment is very reliable

Neville is an excellent host who took care of all our needs .I would recommend you use the efficient pick up and drop of service organised by Neville.
