This lovely two bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Pauls Bay. The view from the balcony is enchanting. The apartment is served by lift and located directly on the seafront’.

Kindly also note that apartment is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has two bedrooms, a shower and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea.

Water and electricity consumption is not included in the price for long stays (stays for more than 2 weeks). This is charged according to consumption. The bill would be about euro 1/ 2 per person per night.

Demages deposit euro 25 per person. To be refund on departure.

The apartment is very well located in a residential area, but close to the touristic town of Bugibba. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, good restaurants, wine bars are all within walking distance from the apartment.

Just across the road there is a reserved swimming zone and the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are close by too. A beautiful countryside is within minutes from the apartment and one can make long walks or picnics. One can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk on the promenade by the sea and maybe stop and have an ice cream on the waterfront.

The bus stop is also in the same street and visiting all Malta is very easy and cheap. If one likes to hire a car, there is ample free on street parking.

From a nearby jetty you can take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago. The apartment is also close to 'Cirkewwa', this is the place from where the ferry leaves to the sister island of Gozo and Comino.
