The main villa boasts 6 bedrooms distributed across 3 floors and the fully equipped standalone guest house with double bedroom is located at the far end of the plot separated from the main villa by beautiful manicured gardens, fountain, pool and a large chill out area with barbecue and dining al fresco.

The villa’s dramatic entrance opens onto a grand spacious hall with a separate greeting reception room Polished marble dominates both the entrance and the villa throughout. The ground floor has spacious and luxurious living areas with immaculate open plan design inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the fabulous sea views. The dining area boasts a dramatic natural wood dining table comfortably seating 12-14 people with views of the front garden and the sea.
The living room has ceiling to floor fitted library furniture is enhanced by comfortable natural fibred upholstered sofas and a glass coffee table upon a large natural fiber rug. The main living room gives onto an additional glass conservatory offering yet another bright space once again with natural woods and fibers dominating both the furniture and seating.
The living area is equipped with a powerful Blu-ray Home Cinema and Sound system and all TVs in villa are equipped with satellite reception of Hotbird and Astra services. Additionally the villa allows audio to stream wirelessly to all rooms via ipod, Ipad etc
The Master Ensuite, located on the second floor extends the full length of the house offering both seaviews from the Bedroom and garden views from the bathroom and private terrace. The master bed in Villa Isla Cozumel is a fully upholstered 2m bed and the bedroom is equipped with a Safety deposit box & plasma TV (as are all bedrooms) and its own mini bar. The chaise longue by the window again a perfect place to enjoy the view. There are extensive built in wardrobes in the dressing area
In Villa Isla Cozumel there are two more double ensuites on this floor also with TVs: one with seaviews and the other with garden views
On the third floor are two twin bedrooms with ensuite and a small gym. All floor are accessed by a lift.
Finally, on the basement floor is a 7th bedroom - a twin bedroom which may typically be used as a service room. Entrance to the laundry room is also on this floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modcons and offers eating dining adjacent to the main dining area.
The outdoor garden has been totally reworked and reflects the atmosphere of a tropical garden with lots of leafy foliage, mature trees, fountain and large swimming pool.
Villa Isla Cozumel is supremely secure; with top of the range anti vandalism and anti-shock programmable keys. There is a video intercom at the main entrance and garage.

Sitges is a town about 35 kilometres southwest of Barcelona, renowned worldwide for its Film Festival and Carnival. Located between the Garraf Massif and the sea, it is known for its beaches, nightspots, and historical sites. While the roots of Sitges' artsy reputation date back to the late 19th century, when Catalan painter Santiago Rusiñol took up residence there during the summer, the town became a centre for the 1960s counterculture in mainland Spain, then still under the dictatorship of Francisco Franco, and became known as 'Ibiza in miniature'. Nowadays it is a popular destination for gay and lesbian travellers, as it has become one of the most gay-friendly places in the world. Today, Sitges' economy is based on tourism and culture offering more than 4,500 hotel beds, half of them in four-star hotels. Almost 35% of the approximately 26,000 permanent inhabitants are from the Netherlands, the UK, France and Scandinavia, whose children attend international schools in the area. There are 17 beaches. Sitges was also the site of the annual Bilderberg conference held in June 2010. Sitges has been referred to as the Saint-Tropez of Spain, with property prices approaching those of the most expensive European cities, the main reason for this being the setting by the sea and the surrounding Parc Natural del Garraf. Proximity to Barcelona-El Prat Airport is also a major advantage.

The villa during the high season is rented in a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. CHECK INS – Check in is normally after 16:00. Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate early arrival times but in high season this is unlikely. Check in is at our office on Calle Jardi 16, Sitges 08870. All guests are required to register with a passport or National ID card and the register may be inspected by the local police from time to time. LATE CHECK INS - from 8pm – 12pm or on Sundays anytime will incur a charge of €40 per villa. A check in after midnight any day will incur a charge of €75 per villa. Our office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Saturdays: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (High Season) Sundays/ Public Holidays : CLOSED CHECK OUT is before 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance. Check out requirements apply to all villas and are available at the villa and upon check in. Failure to adhere to these check out undertakings will result in additional charges being levied.
