The terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun and is fully furnished so you can enjoy the nice outdoors with a historic view. The stylish living room has an extra window on the ceiling making it brighter and a greater sensation of space. The open-concept design loft the living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay as well as a small table for two. This duplex apartment has two bedrooms; the master bedroom is elegantly designed with a built-in wardrobe and a Velux window so you can stargaze at night. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated with bright headboards, as well as an additional Velux window. The bathroom that is completely renovated is located on the second floor and has a shower. Please note that due to this being an attic apartment, the ceiling is very low in some areas. This wonderful apartment is the best choice to enjoy and discover Madrid and its most historical treasures. Please Note: The apartment is located in an area of Madrid with traffic restrictions and is only open to residents, public transport and our airport transfer service.

Surface area: 65m2 +7m2 terrace. Fifth floor, 2-floor duplex. The apartment has direct access from the lift. Main Floor: Entrance opens to living room area, consisting of a 3 seater sofa, a wooden round coffee table, two chairs, a floor lamp, a long cabinet, and flat screen TV and DVD player. Next to the kitchen is a small table with two chairs. This area has access to the terrace. On one side of the terrace, there is a floating L-shaped wooden bench along with another bench surrounding a wooden table with seating for up to 6 people. On the other side, there is a small side table with matching chairs with cushions, a puff and decorative plants. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 ring ceramic hob and oven/microwave. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed (1.60m x 2.00m), 2 nightstands and a built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) and a nightstand. Top Floor: There is a bathroom with a shower. Please note that there is wood flooring throughout the apartment, except the kitchen area and the bathroom which are tiled.

The location of this Penthouse could not be in a better place it is right in the middle of all you could want or need.
There are loads of bars restaurants etc on your door step.
The apartment is well laid out and the air con is top notch.
Well worth a stay if you are thinking of going to Madrid
Si lo que se quiere es un alojamiento cerca de los lugares con más encanto del centro de Madrid, lo recomiendo totalmente. Está muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor y de Sol. Alquilamos el apartamento entre varios amigos y fue una estancia muy agradable, tanto por el trato de Spain Select como por la comodidad del alojamiento. Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza que tenía el apartamento, en la cual pudimos disfrutar de puestas de sol muy bonitas.
The apartment was lovely and bright and the large outdoor space was appreciated. The washer/dryer worked well, which was a bonus.
My husband and I stayed 5 nights from Sept. 13-18 2015 in this 2 bedroom apartment. We were pleasantly greeted by Damian when we arrived who was well informed about all the sights. He even walked us over to the the Plaza Mayor (only 2 blocks away) to point out the TI office, market and eating places including the San Miguel Market which was a fun eating experience. The apartment is on the fifth floor with a private locked entrance in the elevator and is very bright, clean and new. The private terrace off the living room is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped including a washer/dryer combo. The WiFi is excellent. We were pleased to find a welcome package of crackers, teas, coffees as well as amenities in the large and bright bathroom. The location is excellent & safe with the Royal Palace a 10 min. walk away and the Puerta del Sol Plaza 2 blocks away with many shops and restaurants and where you can make easy connections on the Metro to The Reina Sofia, Prado, other museums as well as the Atocha train station.
We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
wenn man schon was zu meckern finden möchte, dann, dass es auf der Terrasse manchmal sehr intensiv nach altem schlecht gewordenen Wasser gerochen hat - wir haben leider die Ursache nicht herausfinden können, aber das hat den Aufenthalt dort auf der Terrasse doch manchmal unmöglich gemacht. Daher nur 4 Sterne - sonst ganz klare 5.
Ansonsten habe ich der Überschrift nichts hinzuzufügen - alles hat super geklappt, die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett, der Reparaturservice für den Boiler kam auch am Feiertag - spitze!
Und besser/zentraler kann man in Madrid wohl nicht wohnen.
