Kitchen area fully equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle plenty of cutlery, crockery, pans and a cool bag for shopping and the beach.
Utility room with washing machine (two washes per week free ) iron, laundry basket, airers, washing line. Complimentary soap powder and conditioner.
Private sunny garden with large private pool, Solar shower, tables and chairs, gas barbecue, sun loungers, pool table, dart board.
All towels and linen are provided including pool and beach towels.
Sofa bed use is €10 per week payable on arrival.
Final cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.

San Luis is a quite area about 3 kilometers from Torrevieja town center with a mix of expat residents and holidaymakers.
It is situated between the natural salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata ideal for walking, bird watching, horse riding and also has cycle tracks.
Several bars, restaurants, shops, large supermarket and a social club are also within walking distance from the Chalet
Torrevieja has a weekly street market as do the local towns and villages, lots of cultural activities, three water parks open from June until September, fiestas throughout the year as well as beautiful beaches and a fun fair / market at the marina through the summer.
Several golf courses are within a short drive away.
The Chalet is walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, large supermarket, social club and a bus/coach stop where you can catch a bus to the town, Habaneras shopping centre, beach or the coach for trips further away including Benidorm, Guadalest, Jumilla the wine growing region or other destinations.
The Chalet has recently been renovated.
A car is not essential but is recommended as the surrounding areas have a lot offer.

This property offers a relaxing location with a private pool and gardens, for holidaymakers who like their privacy, but also like to be close to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket social clubs and transport links.

As stated our stay at this chalet was perfect from start to finish. The chalet itself was in immaculate condition with a very high standard of cleanliness. Never have I stayed before in rented accommodation were the bedlinen was so crisp and clean and the towels were so soft and fresh. We wanted a quite peaceful break and we certainly got it here. The private pool and garden were beautifully kept and maintained we didn't want to leave at all; we would happily of just stayed the entire 10 days within the property walls. However, as our trip was looking for a property in Southern Costa Blanca we had to tear ourselves away to do a bit of research and fact finding about the area. We found this chalet well situated to do this as it was central to the area we wished to cover. San Luis is a lovely quiet area with a selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. With the N332 all the coastal towns and villages were easy to drive to for shopping and the most beautiful beaches. It is situated well for flights to both Alicante and Murcia airports with probably Alicante being slightly closer.
However, apart from the beautifully clean chalet what impressed us most was how genuinely friendly and helpful Lynn and John were. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Lynn in particular goes that extra mile for her guests. We arrived late and she had already put all the essentials we needed in the fridge. When I made my booking back in October 2015 I had mentioned it was a trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we arrived to a beautiful card and bottle of Cava. This was such a lovely touch but as I got to know Lynne I realised that this was her nature she is just so genuinely thoughtful and these extra special little details is what makes her a wonderful person.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful chalet to our family friends and we certainly will be returning a few more times. We arrived at Lynne and John's chalet as complete strangers but left as if we had made new wonderful friends for life. Thank you both very much for making our stay so perfect and welcoming. We hope to see you soon.

The level of cleanliness and attention to detail is impeccable. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood - clean, secure and pleasant. The Chalet is located in the property grounds, separate from the house, giving you privacy and at the same time the hosts are always available should you need anything. Lynne and John are the perfect hosts. They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. I thoroughly reccomend it and I will definitely go back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The Chalet is situated between the natural lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata. A perfect location for walking, cycling, bird watching and horse riding.
The beautiful beaches of Torrevieja, La Mata, and Guardamar are close by and their boardwalks are perfect for an evening stroll to a restaurant, bar or just taking in the fresh air or views
Several golf courses that are open all year are within a short drive.
Three water parks that are open from June to September and
the Haberanas and La Zenia shopping centers are within easy reach.
