This Attic apartment is situated in one of the traditional old houses in the picturesque Village of Polop (only 10 mins drive from Benidorm) which is a typical Spanish village about 12 klm from the beaches of Altea Albir & Benidorm and near to the historic mountain village of Guadalest. The apartment is approx 75 sq m with an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. One of the sofa's in the living room converts to a bed. The master bedroom is a spacious double room, there is a 2nd double bedroom. The large terrace has panoramic views of the mountains and is south facing thus benefiting from all year sunshine. The apartment is fully furnished and affords the following facilities central heating, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning. UK satellite TV & WIFI. There is on street parking nearby. Free WIFI is also available in a few of the local bars. Great base for Walkers Cyclists Climbers and Golfers in fact anyone who who appreciates the great outdoors. Notes:
• Polop can easily be combined with the nearby resort of Benidorm. It provides a perfect contrast to the busy, commercial beaches of Benidorm. So spend the morning exploring the village of Polop then head to one of the many nearby award winning beaches for an afternoon of sun, sea and sand! • Spend a day exploring the nearby historic mountain top village of Guadalest. Here you will have panoramic views of the coast and mountains and can enjoy a boat trip on the turquoise waters of the lake. • If you don't fancy cooking much you can enjoy a meal in Polop. There are many bars and cafes to choose from offering traditional Spanish and International cuisine. Then maybe head to the nearby water falls known as Fonts del Algar for a day splashing around in the crystal clear mountain waters and plunge pool. Fiestas: 15th to the 18th of August and the Patron Saint Fiesta around the 4th till 7th of October.

A lot of thought had gone into making this place a special place to stay for the guests. Everything you need is there. Very thoughtful hosts and excellent and reassuring communication prior to arrival - I cannot find fault with the experience - excellent - thanks Bill

atmospheric and lovely location

The appartment was lovely, in a very beautiful part of this lovely town. we thought parking could be difficult, but we got a space close by every time. we had a day out at the waterfalls, and they were really easy to get to from Polop.

Excellent accommodation in a superb location

Arrived late after a lenghty delay at the airport. Welcomed by Bill, given a quick tour of the apartment and enough information to see us through.....Thanks for the wine it was appreciated after a long trip. The apartment was excellent, being ideally located for our daily trips to the coast. We did not use the terrace due to the poor weather but the views were outstanding especially with the mist rising over the mountain.

We would recommend this apartment for anyone requiring a base to further explore the wonderful area. It has the added bonus of being situated in a friendly village with friendly people, and I almost forgot.................one or two friendly pubs

Very much confortable and nice. It has all home details you expect. Clean and carefully decorated. Location with fantastic views to the mountain. Sunny terrace. Quality/price very good. Our kind regards for the owner :D

excellent apartment with lovely sunny terrace

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. We come to Spain i n the winter for the walking and Polop is a good base. Apartment is very well equipped and clean and Bill the owner is very helpful. Good wifi signal and TV. The terrace is lovely when the sun is out best in the morning in late november but earlier in the year would get the sun all day. Polop is very quiet at night at this time of year so we cooked and ate in most evenings. Very well equipped for this! All in all a lovely stay.
