About Grace Mannix Schiraldi

Hello! We are the Schiraldi's and we have been enjoying the Adirondacks and especially Lake Placid since our childhoods. I even bought my wedding dress on Main St. after a muddy hike up Cascade Mountain! We were finally able to purchase a place of our own in Lake Placid in 2007, and are happy to welcome you and your family to also enjoy all the terrific activities, views, adventures and peacefulness the Adirondacks has to offer!

Grace Mannix Schiraldi purchased this townhome in 2007

Why Grace Mannix Schiraldi chose Adirondacks

Why did WE buy this property -- we wanted something that could fit family and friends, and be close enough to Main Street, so we could stroll home after dinner. And, something close so that our kids (now grown up!), could walk home from the movies or Bowlwinkles. And, it's CUTE! A little Adirondack-y but not too much! :)

What makes this townhome unique

Great separate space for kids and adults to hang out with the main level living room, and the lower level den and extra game room. Three levels with three bathrooms allows folks to spread out and have privacy. So close to some fun restaurants like Lisa G's, Liquids and Solids. And a short walk to Main Street with lots of activities!

Ironman 70.3 weekend

  • 5 of 5

We booked this cottage a year in advance for the Ironman 70.3 weekend. Everything went according to plan. We were 10 adults and slept very comfortably.

Grace was very responsive. She also accomodated us with a late checkout.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. There is everything needed to cook in the kitchen. The only downside is that although the condo can easily accomodate 12 people (if not more), the dining room table can sit 6-8 people and the living room approximately the same. The location was great 10-15 minutes walk to the transition area.

I would definitely book it again.

We came to Lake Placid to enjoy many outdoor activities- so we wanted something affordable and convenient, and generally a place to unwind and relax between events. The Pine was perfect for us. Thanks
