This renovated Mas is nestled in the hills between the rivers Ardeche and Ceze. Canoeing in the Ardèche is beautiful. But walks and bike rides through the National Park of the Cevennes is a great experience too. There are beautiful towns and villages with every day a market with regional products. Afterwards is nice to relax on a terrace for lunch.

From the hous have a magnificent view on the mountain chain of the Cevennes. Adjacent to the house is a sun terrace with swimming pool and a covered terrace. The swimming pool is reserved to the property's residents.

Inside you will be pleasantly surprised; a beautiful open space with a modern kitchen with bar where you can enjoy an espresso. A nice sitting area and entrance to the living room with beautiful wood stove. On the ground floor are two bedrooms each with a private bathroom and separate toilet. In one bedroom a double bed (160x200) and in the other two single beds (2x90x200cm). On the mezzanine is an extra single bed. You will also find a lounge area with flat screen television and a library.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Mooie villa met alles wat je nodig hebt om er een leuke ontspannen vakantie van te maken. Het zwembad is zeker een grote troef vooral met kinderen. Mooie omgeving, leuke stadjes met hun wekelijkse marktjes.

Een prima vakantie gehad in dit huis. Net zwembad, keuken met alles er op en er aan en prima slaapkamers. Ruim kavel. De langskomende kat vonden wij geen probleem. In de omgeving is voldoende te doen.

Min puntje de putlucht die bij een van de WC's vandaan kwam. Lavendel kon dit niet verhullen.

Erg afgelegen en zeer mooi vakantiehuisje.

De indeling was voor wat ons betreft perfect (2 volwassenen en 2 kleine (6 4 jaar) kinderen). De inrichting was stijlvol en functioneel (TV hoek - moderne keuken - BBQ - ...).

Het privézwembad en de tuin was proper en werd dagelijks door de eigenaars onderhouden. Dit deden ze 's ochtends of wanneer we even er niet waren zodat ze zo min mogelijk tot last waren. De eigenaars wonen wel op hetzelfde domein, waardoor je jezelf toch niet helemaal alleen voelt.

De streek is zeer mooi en op een afstand van een 8 km heb je een warenhuis voor wat inkopen. Verder zijn er in de buurt wel wat lokale handelaars waar je een aantal producten kan kopen.

Dit plekje is zeker een aanrader.
