"Hi Welcome - Our beautiful London house is set in a safe upmarket neighbourhood, with a garden and free street parking right outside.

The house has been totally renovated & refurbished and offers discerning guests a beautiful home where they can relax and enjoy their stay, surrounded by comfort and modern conveniences.

Transport links are excellent with train and bus access within a couple of minutes from the house

London Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes away

The house has 3 super king bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. A guest toilet is also available at ground floor.

The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people with in addition to the 3 king bedrooms the option of a sofa bed in the sitting room. All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel.

The house is centrally heated throughout, being warm in winter and cool in summer.

There is a large sitting rooms with a dining area

TV and DVD player are available, with WI-FI throughout the house

A hospitality pack is provided upon arrival including, bread, milk, eggs, butter, biscuits and chocolates.

We look forward to making your stay at the house perfect

-- Also coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper are standard in the kitchen for each new arrival.

The house is family friendly and great for children of all ages with a nice garden where they can safely play.

We will consider: Corporate bookings, Long term lets (over 1 month), Short breaks (+3 days)

Our terms for normal seasons are a minimum of 3 night stays however we will accept 2 night stays with a premium.

We welcome pets but there is a strictly NO SMOKING rule in the house. The house is ideal for entertaining however no large parties are allowed and the house is limited to maximum of 8 non residential guests.

There is fully equipped kitchen; oven, hot plate microwave dishwasher , toaster etc,

The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets are provided.

The kitchen leads onto a patio overlooking the spacious garden and array of beautiful flower beds.

A full maid and or cleaning service is available upon request. Guests are requested to settle directly with the service staff for additional services.

There is fast access to Central London (30 minutes) - 2 minute walk to Train Station

The house is approximately 125 square metres in extent (1300 square feet)

Close to good convenience shopping – 2 minutes from house.

Also café (Grove Park café) and excellent diner/ pub (The Old Station House) within a few minutes walk

Close to River Thames - 10 minutes walk

I was born in Central London and I know the City well, so if its your first time here or you want to know more I am happy to act as your Tour Guide.

A warm welcome from Robert at journey's end, a well stocked fridge and pantry, a great house with a good kitchen and a bathroom for every bedroom. It works perfectly for us every time and is well situated yet away from the hurly burly. We'll be back!! Thank you Robert.

Great Rental Experience

This property was perfect for our group. It's rare to find a rental that has a bathroom for every bedroom. Everything was clean and in good condition. Plenty of space for the six of us. Robert was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Rental is close enough to central London, great location! If I was forced to find something to complain about, I would have liked an outlet in the bathroom. Other than that, could not be better!

However the Host was obviously not completely up to scratch as there is an electrical outlet in the bathroom at the bottom of the lit mirror (quite hidden) and I failed to mention it when showing you around. a five star plus family vacation property

Review of Chiswick property:

I knew the minute we arrived at our Chiswick rental, following the usual gruelling over night flight from Canada, to be cheerfully welcomed by Mr. Mortimer himself that we were going to be well looked after and happy with our accommodation. We were, in every respect. The home is as cheery and practical as the pictures on the VRBO website depict: three bedrooms with large comfortable beds each with its own ensuite bath room - a real treat. It also has a well equipped kitchen with its own table and chairs for casual dinning; a separate laundry room on the main floor with a guest toilet; a comfortable and brightly decorated living room with a large dining room table. There is also a small enclosed garden to relax in. I also noticed that the living room has two hide-abed couches for further guests, if need be. The home is close to easy, walkable shopping, restraints, trains, taxis, busses, and Thames river walks. And - let us not forget nearby Kew Gardens or Chiswick House, just down the street, which is a great place for light meals and afternoon tea or just to enjoy wondering through the home's beautiful gardens. My husband and I shared this home with my daughter and family and we had plenty of space to either spread out in or to share together for meals and other home activities. From every perspective, a great place to call home for your London and surrounding must see locations. We made many short trips to London and vicinity - like Windsor or Hampton Court, as well as longer day trips to places as far away as Brighton, Dover and Bath. I would like to thank Robert Mortimer for his long distance calls to my home in Canada, for arranging a taxi to greet us at Heathrow and for his obvious concern that we enjoy our visit. We hope to enjoy his hospitality again one of these days. Cheers, Rosemary Morris

5 star plus home in beautiful Chiswick

From the booking process on Robert was a delight to work with . This spacious , beautifully decorated home is perfect for couples or a family vacation . The en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom are a rare find in England and Europe, and everything in the house feels new and fresh .

The location is excellent with on street parking , Chiswick train station and a local bus stop are right across the street so you can get anywhere easily .

Robert even provides his guests with basics such as milk , butter , eggs , bread , coffee and tea , as well as some lovely chocolates and biscuits which is such a welcoming gesture .

The only negative I can think of is that we had to leave after such a perfect week !

This beautiful house is situated in the upmarket area of Chiswick in West London and has excellent road, rail and bus connections for ease of access around London.

The house is 20 minutes from London Heathrow airport and 5 kms to Kensington and Chelsea and 10 kms to the West End of Central London.

The house is 250m from Chiswick main line station with trains every 15 minutes to the West End Central and the City of London. This will get you anywhere into Central London / Oxford Street within 30 - 40 minutes. The train also goes to Putney (7 mins) high street where there is a large shopping area.

There is a very good convenience store at the end of the road which stays open until 10pm.

Chiswick high street with it large shopping area is a 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes by bus.

The shoppertainment complex of Westfield Shopping Mall at Sheppard's Bush is also close by with its 1,65 million square feet ( 165,000m2) of shopping, restaurants, cinemas and other leisure activities plus extensive parking.

The house has excellent road access to the A4/M4/M25 as well as the A316 to Richmond / M3.

There is free street parking right outside

The is also very close to the magnificent Chiswick house and Gardens and 5 minutes walk from river Thames
