Brand New 2 Bedroom Flat With Wonderful Views of Canal Located in City Center.

This newly restored 2 bedroom one bath flat has wonderful views of a charming Venetian square and canal. Both bedrooms are very large with high ceilings and each have 2 large windows. Parquet floors, warm colors, brand new very comfortable beds make sleeping or just being a relaxing part of your vacation. Each bedroom sleeps 2 guests. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other with 2 singles. Each room has a sitting area and wooden armoire for storing clothes. Our stone tiled bathroom has a glassed in shower box, toilet, bidet and large sink. A window looks out onto a private garden. A new full size kitchen (with dining area) allows for any chef to whip up an amazing meal and serve it on their very own terrace which over looks a private garden and canal. Sun pours in from morning to sunset. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while listening to the gondolas swish by as they serenade their passengers...Just a stones throw away are many food shops, restaurants, bars and cafes..

All bed linens(sheets, blankets, bed covers) and bathroom linens(towels of all sizes) are included. There is an iron and hair dryer. Washer/dryer, full kitchen with large refrigerator and stove with oven. Coffee maker, hot water boiler and toaster.

Each room has A/C and Wi-Fi.

Fantastic apartment and location

We had a FAB stay at this apartment. It was very convenient to vaporetto and all the tourist spots, but not too close that it was crazy. We could relax on the balcony patio in the starlight after a busy and exhausting day of sight seeing or enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise.

Amazing place!

My husband and I stayed with our two children in this beautiful apartment. Couldn't have been more perfect. Away from the touristy crowds, but close to the main vaperetto stop, so getting around was easy. Air conditioning, kitchen, and washer dryer were great. The apartment appears to have been freshly remodeled. We sat out on the balcony each evening. The property manager was extremely helpful. He arrived within 10 minutes when a minor issue arose and assisted us with booking a water taxi to the airport. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderfully Modern Apartment

If you want a feel within the side streets of Venice, this is your place. It's only 8 minutes from the train station and the main entry into the city. It's nestled around cafes and shops and just perfect. The apartment is real well done and luxurious. There's no reason to stay in a hotel with this one.

The owners were so kind as well. What a treat to get to meet the owners and residents instead of some management company.

Lovely place, great location

After hotel stays in Rome and Florence, this two bedroom apartment in Venice was the perfect accommodation to end our trip. Comfortable with a full kitchen and even a washer/dryer, we were just 10 minutes from the train station and walking distance from most attractions in Venice. Any problems we had (like how to use the stove) were immediately addressed by Amelia who also gave us a map of the city and showed us how to get to places. We really felt like they had our comfort and our vacation experience as their priority. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

We were 3 women traveling together, and we found the apartment exactly as described!

The apartment is located close to the train & bus stations in the Santa Croce sestiere. It is an easy walk to the major art&architecture sites, but is not in a heavily touristed area. Two grocery stores and several good restaurants and coffee bars are in the neighborhood. The two bedrooms are spacious and supplied with ample and good quality linens. The bathroom has a shower, good lighting, and an efficient washer/dryer.

The kitchen/living room has a large dining table and plenty of dishes and cookware. We especially liked the terrace that overlooks the garden & small piazza. But, best of all, Amelia is a wonderful host who has lived in Venice for 20 years. She has a created a map-the yellow brick road-that makes getting lost in Venice a joy!

Excellent! Highly Recommended

We stayed in April 2017 for our first visit to Venice and were extremely pleased with our choice!

The apartment itself is immaculate - spacious, with decor, cleanliness and equipment to a very high standard. Both bedrooms have a seating area, so there's plenty of room to spread out if you are travelling in a group. The private balcony was a bonus.

For us the location was perfect - a little away from the main tourist 'hotspots', so it was nice to stroll and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere at the end of a hectic day - there are a number of squares very close by where there are plentiful reasonably priced restaurants, bars and cafe's.

The apartment is 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest Vaporetto station, and from there any travel is down the Grand Canal, so the journey feels very much part of your day and makes all the major destinations very accessible (including boats out to the Islands and the Lido which you can catch from the station). Also 5-10 minutes walk to the Frari.

Finally, it's re-assuring to know that Amelia is on hand in the same building if necessary.

Would definitely recommend!
