Redorka S. L., is a company created in 1970 by Mr. Lorenzo Pons Carreras. At the beginnig, the activicty was concentrated in the promotion and selling of plots in the Biniceca Beach resort, but soon the owners of the new built properties started to demand extra services, so the company adapted in order to cover them.

In the present day, Redorka SL has over 50 staff members committed to offer all kind of rental and maintenance services to owners and holiday makers.

Cap den Font is located close to the Binisafúa Playa resort, one of the least massified resorts of the south-east coast of Menorca. With no hotels and limited services. Just one restaurant in the area makes ideal for those who don't mind the lack of certain facilites to gain tranquility, interrupted only by the ocasional (at sometimes often) landing of a plane, as the area is in line with the local air port. There is also a little sandy beach in the area and many rocky platforms,known as 'S'Escalo Blanc'.

Cancelation policy

In case of cancelation of the booking, the guest will be reimbursed the deposit paid, except for the following circumstances, in which REDORKA SL will charge the follwoing compensation amounts:

50 % of the booking when cancelation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date.

75 % of the booking when cancelation is made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival date.

To confirm a booking, a 20% deposit payment is required. This payment can be done by credit card or by bank transfer.

30 day prior to your arrival, the remaining 80% of the booking will have to paid.

When bookings are done with less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment of the booking is requested.

If you fail to complete payments, your booking will be considered cancelled.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
