This charming Cycladic villa, situated on an elevated position of the exclusive Agios Lazaros, with a breathtaking view of the many surrounding islands and Aegean sea.

Located on the south of Mykonos and between the bays of Ornos and the legendary beach of Psarou, where is also Nammos, the most famous Beach Bar/Restaurant in Europe.

The villa offers stunning views to the sea, the surrounding islands and rather uniquely, to both, the sunrise and the majestic sunset.

The Panorama that lays in front of you expands for more than 200 degrees and thus no photograph can capture this feeling of such broad and expanding view of the eyes that certainly and instantly takes ones breath away.

The main house and a separate guest house (total 225sq.m) are set in a lush garden of 4.000sq.m.

The Main house features a livingroom with a dining area, a kitchen with a pantry room, a bedroom on the top floor (double bed) with incredible views and a private spacious balcony with seating arrangement.

The spacious master bedroom is on the ground floor (king size bed)

Both rooms of course with their en suite bathrooms.

Adjacent to the main house is the Guest house that has 3 bedrooms with also en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the surrounding verandas and garden.

The first guest house room has a queen size bed, the second has two diagonally opposite to each other single beds and the third room has two single beds connected to each other.

All three rooms have direct access to the verandas and garden.

Next to the kitchen is a pergola-covered dining area, strategically located between the main house and the guest house and with a magnificent view of the sea with Naxos and Paros in the far distance

There is also a pergola covered BBQ/Bar dinning area by the pool, with magnificent views that is ideal as an alternative dinning.

After the spectacular sunset, just when the red moon starts to appear from east, let yourself relax with the surrounding images and the beautifully lid rocks and garden that always make visitors feel this incredible charm.

Τhe lush garden is filled with numberless mature trees and plants that give an extra charm with their vibrant colors. There is also a very old well that also adds up to the charm of this property.

Reliable wifi broadband internet access with three access points that provide a steady and strong signal everywhere around the villa

The quietness of the location together with the low light in the evening, provide a very clearly visible sky with it's stars appearing vividly. it's ideal for star watching and especially watching the shooting stars during the August Perseids meteor showers that can be observed every year in August

This land with it's old well has a legend for being the watch point for the Ancient Delian period because of it's panoramic undisturbed view that spans for more than 200 degrees over the Aegean blue sea and sky and it's starry nights

The villa is situated at the highest point of the exclusive area of Agios Lazaros with undisturbed view that spans for more than 180 degrees with the unique feature of the very specific piece of land providing such view span that one can see both the sunrise from the east and the sunset on the west and of course the big blue of the Aegean to the south. This very spot with its well is believed to have been the watch spot of the legendary and holy Island of Delos.

The Agios Lazaros chapel that is situated only a couple hundred meters away has been an armored watch point during the second world war. The old ruin that we kept in tact in our property is from this era and occurred during air raids.
