25 steps from the beach - this recently refurbished studio offers a partial ocean view, an equipped kitchenette, bath, A/C, one king size bed, Internet, Cable TV, breakfast table, ample closet space - sleeps up to 2 persons and is located on Isla Verde Beach next to Hotel ESJ Towers. Tropical atmosphere with access to two of the best beaches in San Juan, night clubs, shopping, pharmacies, hotels and casinos in the San Juan Area. Everything is within walking distance. Also has one parking space for car rentals and a coin laundry provided by the Condo.

We recently added as well apartments in the modern part of San Juan for you to visit and enjoy the 'beach front' lifestyle of Puerto Rico and two 'hidden get a ways' around the Island.
We loved our stay in Isla Verde at the Coco Mar. Myrna was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport and showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and also very secure which was very comforting being two female travelers from the states. We couldn't have been closer to the beach which was definitely a plus!!! I do not think the tsunami alarms are a common occurrence but the first day we arrived, they went off for about an hour. We weren't sure what they were and it was a little scary but Myrna responded to my text right away and told me it was just a test. Maybe for future guests an advisement on what those alarms are would be helpful. Overall we loved the apartment and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants something different than a resort/hotel in Puerto Rico! Thank you so much!!

I was thoroughly pleased with my stay in Isla Verde.
The building was extremely quiet. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The area was perfect! I have absolutely no complaints at all. Right off the beach, tons of great authentic places to eat in the area, and plenty of police around if you need an extra feeling of security.
Thanks Irma and Myrna for making my first trip to PR an amazing and cultural experience I will never forget.
First of all, I am not usually a picky consumer. That being said, there were some pros and some cons to this property.
Cons: #1. We arrived late due to a snowstorm in our local area which caused flight cancellations and caused us to lose 2 days of our vacation. Myrna was very nice but we felt the late fee that was charged for the lateness of our arrival was unwarranted, given the fact that we paid for 8 days and only stayed 7 days. If a late fee was due, the owner/manager should have offered to pay it. As a business owner, that is what I would have done.#2. The internet access never worked. I told Myrna immediately, but nothing was ever done to fix it, which caused us problems with business issues we had to resolve in some creative ways. #3. The owner/manager is very skimpy with the towels. We were there a week with one towel apiece to bathe and one towel apiece for the beach. We were shown a coin operated washer and dryer, but we opted to buy towels rather than give more money to the property owners. The towels were frayed and some had holes, which again, is rather tacky. I would never allow that in my rental property. #4. Be aware that the bathroom is tiny, tiny, tiny. I am small, but my boyfriend is over 6' tall and for him it was very uncomfortable just sitting on the toilet as his knees hit the sink. #5. The apartment is not as close to the beach as we thought. In retrospect, there were other options we could have chosen to stay were larger and just as close to the beach as this property. We chose this one because we thought it was right on the beach.
Pros: #1. The apartment was clean and very cute. #2. The bed was large and very comfortable. #3. The cooking space was adequately large as we cooked breakfast every morning and a couple of dinners. #3. The breeze from the ocean was wonderful and we actually turned off the air conditioner a lot and just opened the windows. #4. The beach is very nice, one of the nicest ones for swimming that we saw while in Puerto Rico. #5. Myrna was very nice and seemed to genuinely care, unlike the property owners, who seemed to ignore our issues with the internet.
Overall, we had a great time, but when we come back, we will pay a little extra and go somewhere larger.
To all looking for a simple clean place next to the beach... Stay here!! I chose to stay here and not in a hotel because I hate the fact of paying royal fees in a place I will only sleep in. Not only is the beach steps away so are the restaurants and Walgreens and bars. Thank you Myrna for being so attentative during our stay!!! I will definitely come back!!
I was disappointed to find roaches every place...even carried some home in my luggage. Was depending on the wi-fi and after several calls we had it for one evening....very disappointed. The room was ok for 2 people, the beach was near.
The experience was great! From the professional staff to the exceptional service from Myrna. She went out of her way to accommodate me and even picked me up from the airport due to booking rental car a day later. The property was clean, spacious and welcoming. Beach was steps away, shopping was walking distance as well as night life. Fun, fun!!! Private parking, quiet and pleasant. Best place compared to hotel prices and other rentals! I travel very frequently and after finding this place, will not want to stay elsewhere!!
We were late to arrive and had difficulty finding the building. Staff answered quickly and connected with us to guide us into the gated parking.
On introduction to the apartment we were pleased to know the images had not deceived us.
Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler all made our trips to the rest of Puerto Rico's balnearios quite interesting.
The studio was easily cleaned as it's cozy not unreasonably so given that we had a view of the ocean and could hear the wind in the palm trees while waves hit the shore. It was wonderful to watch the sunset from bed or the beach.
Of great joy was to find the only road maps which we'd been unable to find during our stays in the Aquadilla area or anywhere else on Puerto Rico.
Thank you to Myrna [not allowed to post the company.. sorry] and owner for making my first visit to Puerto Rico such a joy! I'll be back!
