Local Services & Businesses
This is a great place to stay! Especially if you want the authentic Italian neighborhood experience. The apartment is really cute. We felt extremely safe there. Everything you need is right there: a great little restaurant right across the street; fresh fruits and vegetables next door; a pharmacy a half block away; and the beautiful Piazza Market down the block (a great place to hang out, people watch, dine, and shop, especially on weekends!). The owner was very nice, very accessible and very helpful. He greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. We ate several of our meals right there and across the street. We were reluctant to leave and would definitely stay there again.

Great płace in a heart of Florence
My husband and I we stayed here for 6 nights. Loved every minute of it. Place is greatly located. Walking distance to everything.
Is clean, furnished and supplied with all you need. Owner very nice and helpful with any information we needed. Even greeted us with a bottle of wine . Highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
Stunningly beautiful apartment in an ideal location. Recommended for any and all kinds of travellers
Grazianio was a very friendly host. His recommendations for food and drinks in the area were without fail, perfect. The apartment itself blew me away. Amazing architecture (no coincidence given the profession of our host), spacious, comfortable, air conditioned, with a traditional, Italian feel, complete with tiled floors and wooden beams across the ceiling. The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk from Ponte vecchio, on the non-touristy side of the bridge. This allowed for easy access to the heart of the city, without being surrounded by tourists. Also, right next to a charming square with several authentic Italian restaurants mainly serving locals, as well as the best pizza in Florence down a side street. Public transport is easy, with the bus from the main station dropping you off outside the door. When next in Florence, I wouldn't bother to look elsewhere. Thanks Graziano for an amazing stay!
