A few highlights of the home's exterior are: One car off-street parking, exclusive use gated yard, 1st floor walkout (no steps), very large patio, pergola and tropically planted gardens, plenty of bike parking, Weber propane BBQ grill.

Some features of the interior are: 1006 sq. ft., sleeps 6, 2 queen bedrooms, one double (full size) bedroom, dual vanity marble bathroom, air conditioning and heat, new kitchen (fully equipped). The leather living room and the indoor & outdoor dining areas comfortably seat 6 people.

Extras: Bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.

This home allows no pets. This home is no smoking. Please smoke outdoors.

Gem is the perfect description

Perfectly sized for casual dinners with your friends, yet laid out in a way that there s space for privacy . Bright and cheery inside with a beautifully maintained garden patio. The owners treat you more like a guest than a renter, as you are supplied with all the basic essentials in the kitchen and bathroom, have matching multiple sets of platewate , glassware ,and silverware, the cooking pans are top notch, and they even have some essentials to borrow for the beach if you forgot something!!!! The grill is temperature regulated to ensure the best slow cooking or basic grilling . It' s location can't be beat. It's close enough toneverthing, towards the end of the tourist shopping crowded street! We ' re lifers!!!!

Fantastic house

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed. The gardens were gorgeous and just a great place to spend sometime outside. The inside was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were absolutely delightful to deal with. We have finally found our favorite place to rent when in Ptown!!!

We are located in P-town's best neighborhood, the Near West End. Our lush garden patio oasis on Commercial St., is yours to enjoy a relaxing morning coffee or afternoon wine while people watching.

As you walk out the front gate you'll have two miles of the Cape's best shopping, great food, lively bars and the best place to see old friends and new. Across the street or at any of the town landings, you'll be able to enjoy boating, sunbathing or a stroll along the beach.

Don't miss the Friday night gallery openings, catch a movie, visit a museum or see an entertaining show or comedy act at venues all through town. Do as much or as little as you like. You're in P-Town!

A $400 damage deposit is required per rental period. Damage deposit is refundable 7 days from departure. Please, no smoking indoors. Guests are subject to a $250 charge for extra cleaning. No pets allowed. Guests found with pet(s) will be required to board pet(s) or vacate with no refund. You will be subject to a $400 charge for dander and hair removal. Check in is 3 PM and check out is 11 AM.
