Our stay at this location was great. There were 7 of us and we were all comfortable. The loft area is very nice but only for kids, my daughter loved it. The view was nice from the double decks. The kids enjoyed feeding the deers right outside your door. The only issue we did not care for was the path to the swimming dock. There is no steps or railing to the lake. It was very unsafe even if you slipped there was nothing to grab onto. Most of the time we just stayed away from it because I was worried about the kids getting hurt. Would we stay at this location again yes only if improvements were made for the walkway to the lake. Other than that, we had a great time.
The owner was great at communicating and answering our questions. The condo is in a nice and quiet location! We loved walking out and seeing so many deer roaming around the condos, my boys favorite thing about our trip. The lake was full and easy to access, the amenities were also very nice. I'm giving a 3 star review because the condo could have been cleaner. We found several bugs, chased a roach around and even found a lizard in the kitchen, the main part that seemed really dirty was the carpet leading down the stairs and into the bedroom. Cleaning was somewhat of a disappointment especially since we were traveling with small children, try telling boys they can't wrestle and plaster their faces in a dirty carpet ha! That being said, I understand it's a rental and summers and in high demand so maybe they just didn't leave enough cleaning time in between rentals. Overall we enjoyed our stay :)
Perfect for 10 month old to 78 year old, great location, felt right at home.
Couldn't have been any better, owner was fantastic in response to our questions.
We were in Point Venture for a family reunion. The home we stayed in happened to be next door to the one my brother and his family were staying in. The home was just as we expected it to be and filled our need very well.
The townhome was very clean and we'll stocked.it has all the comforts of home.
First of all we were told we could check in anytime we wanted then when I called, texted and emailed the owner, Andrea, she would not respond, as we needed the access code to get inside. This was for a bride and 5 maids. I finally reached her husband around 2:30 and he gave me the code to get in. Also, the accommodations were alittle tight as far as sleeping arrangements go since the loft has a staircase that is almost completely vertical and only a young person could get up there. All in all, it was an ok place but I don't think I would use it again.
