Apartment in center with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen

This lovely bright and quiet apartment has been completely renovated in the year 2014. It is located in the heart of Barcelona, in the 'Plaza Urquinaona' 4 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, the center of the city.

Gives an inner block of the district making the stay in a very quiet place.

It sleeps 6 people and is available as follows:

Entering the apartment, there is a spacious living room with two comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed with double mattress quality. From the living room through a large window provides plenty of light into the apartment, you access to the terrace which has a small table with seating for two, where you can enjoy your relaxing moments. The 32 'TV offers free satellite TV to enjoy a variety of channels. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 people.

The kitchen, located in a separate room, is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob for cooking comfortably, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils as you would in home.

The main room that is accessed from the dining room, has two single beds, a large closet and TV with satellite connection. The room has a full bathroom with shower.

The other room also has two single beds, a spacious wardrobe and a complete bathroom with tub for bathing children comfortably.

This apartment has the official license of the local tourism authorities. Having paid the fee, I'm waiting to get the registration number.

HOUSE RULES:

- Not allowed to accommodate more guests than those indicated to confirm the reservation.

- Respect the content and container from the apartment.

- You must keep clean and respect all the common areas elements. In this sense, you will ensure the building door is closed in your exits and entrances, as well as the elevator doors closed once it has been used..

- Respect the neighbors. Do not make loud noises that might disturb from 10pm to 8am.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Only smoking on balconies is permitted.

- No drugs are allowed.

- All equipment and machines in the apartment must be functioning properly. If not, I will do my best to fix it urgently. But no refund will be issued.

- Failure to comply with these rules, resulting in damage or harm to the community or the apartment, would mean the loss of the security deposit.

- And most important, enjoy your stay!

Barcelona is a large town on the north-east coast of Spain. If there were only three words to describe Barcelona City they would be Culture, Style and Harmony, and only for that, is an ideal place to visit.

Barcelona is full of interesting, artistic and fashionable people. The blending of cultures defines to Barcelona as one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. Barcelona has many tourist attractions which are worth visiting. The most famous attraction is La Sagrada Familia, a fantastic temple designed by Antonio Gaudi under construction since 1882. Other attractions are La Pedrera, a beautiful modernist building of Gaudi too, some of which were declare heritage site by the Unesco. The magic fountain of Montjuic, a light, music and water spectacle, and Miró, Picasso and FC Barcelona museums. There are many activities to do. Walking through the streets of Barcelona let you feel how the new buildings have evolved and integrated with the historic architecture. The Gothic Quarter, Eixample or The Ramblas are good examples.

Barcelona City is plenty of places to go shopping. Most of the main shopping areas are in pedestrianized zones with wide open boulevards. It is a Mediterranean city situated on the coast and so offers arrange of activities available on the sea front including a variety of water sports as we'll of fantastic beaches perfect for relaxing or taking long walks by the deep blue sea. The nightlife in Barcelona is exciting. There are a lot of music and dance clubs and bars opened in the small hours. On Saturday nights it is quite normal to see hundreds of people strolling up and down the Ramblas till early in the morning. Barcelona is a city that has something to offer everyone. This makes it a truly fascinating place to visit and it is said that once you travel to Barcelona it is hard to turn back.

This apartment is in the center of this wonderful city, within easy walking distance of all those places.

What makes this condo unique

This apartment is very bright and quiet, very well laid out, each bedroom has a bathroom that is very comfortable. Best of all, it is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all places of interest to visit, and next to a metro station that communicates with other parts of the city. Access to the airport is straightforward, with the Aerobus leaves you in Plaza Catalunya, 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Clean, bright, quiet and tidy.

The apartment was perfectly situated for transport links and tourist spots. The apartment was clean and tidy. All amenities were catered for. It lacked nothing. The back of the property overlooks a courtyard and is therefore extremely quiet and relaxing.

Antonio met us on arrival and showed us the apartment in detail. He then spent time marking on a map things we may need/ interest us (supermarket, nearest tourist info point, nearest metro and restaurants he recommended).

We would definitely recommend this property and even stay here again ourselves.

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona

We loved this apartment. It was perfectly located - half a block to Metro station, across the street from a supermarket. And best of all, great sangria just a block away. The apartment had everything we needed and was quite comfortable.

Great location in Barcelona

We stayed for around a week in this very centrally located apartment. it is comfortably furnished, very clean, and most importantly , very quiet, although located right in the centre of town.

Antoniono was very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions..etc. A great stay, would highly recommend .

Fantastic apartment

An impressive apartment with everything you could need in it and nearby. A supermarket is across the road, and the apartment itself is spacious, very well equipped, comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room with their own control zones. The owner, Antonio, was very friendly and very helpful and we loved Barcelona. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

A very comfortable apartment in a great location

This well-situated unit provided a home away from home. It was spotlessly clan, had all the expected amenities. Allowed for central area and each of two bedrooms to be temperature controlled individually. Two full bathrooms also adds to the unit's comfort. The mattress were super comfortable and the owner was there to great us and go over any details of the rented unit. We would readily rent again. Peter M Schissler MD

Absolutely great stay in Barcelona

We stayed in this great Apartment on Carre Trafalgar (Trafalgar St.) in Barcelona for 10 days in July. What a comfortable, wonderful stay!!! The apartment comfortably accommodated my family of 4 adults. It was spacious and clean and had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay-elevator building, air conditioning, full kitchen, dishwasher, internet, and washer. The apartment is located near the Urquinaona train station (Line 1) and it is comfortable walking distance to many key tourist areas including the Gothic quarter, Passeig de Gracia (shopping), Ramblas, and Plaza de Catalunya as well as many great restaurants. Barceloneta Beach is just 2 metro stops away. I highly recommend this apartment and would readily stay there again in the future. The owner Antonio is extremely friendly and professional. Antonio makes every effort to make sure that you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. He is a great communicator and will rapidly reply to your questions.
