- A dining room for 8 people.

- 1 Bedroom with 2 seats (160cm), large dressing room with sink area, balcony (5,5m2), view of Mont Blanc.
- 1 room with 2 beds 1, sofa bed just 2 places (beds and bedside table on wheels), dressing room and views of the Flégère.
- 1 Dormitory under roof with 3 sleeping places and 1 storage shelf.
- 1 bathroom with 1 sink and 1 corner bath, heated towel rail and storage.
- 1 large walk-in shower (200cm on 120cm).
- 1 WC.
A cellar / private ski storage (5m2) and 1 private parking space are available.
All equipment (household appliances, television), furniture and bedding (mattresses, sheets ...) are new (changed in 2014).
Very well situated apartment for ski lifts, buses, restaurants, ski hire, local deli. Lovely 30 min walk into Chamonix.
Property was very well appointed and listing description was accurate. We especially loved the local pizza restaurant.
The manager for the apartment was very helpful although couldn't get a tradesman over the holiday period to fix the heating but apartment warmed up with the heaters that did work and it was warm and cozy.
Would definitely recommend this duplex as so well positioned for skiing and bus transport.
Liaising with the agent/owner was very easy and everyone so helpful
