The downstairs bathroom has a shower. On the first floor the bathroom has a full bath as well as shower.
The swimming pool is set in extensive gardens in a small olive grove. There is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool.

The Villa is located in the village of Minies, close to the airport and a short drive from many lovely sandy beaches in the region. It is near the village of Svoronata and ten minutes’ drive from the capital town of Argostoli. There is a minimarket just a few minutes’ walk away and a couple of café bars. Just under one and a half kms, about 20 minutes’ walk brings you further into Svoronata where you will find the first of some traditional Greek tavernas.
