Frog's Hill Farm has been fitted to an extremely high standard throughout, spanning over three floors and surrounded in stunning Wealden countryside it is designed elegantly with excellent quality to make the most of the views and spacious character rooms. In the vast gardens is the pool (May to Sept), with a setting to match the occasion of a summer evening’s dip! As well as a tennis court and plenty of terrace area with a large pagoda, perfect for al fresco dining. There are 7 acres of fields and gardens with the property for you to roam and explore, leading to some great country walks.

Please note no house parties or events are permitted at this property, no further guests other than those booked to stay are permitted at the property.

From the main entrance hall is the large kitchen including Aga, central island, breakfast bar – open plan to the orangery with dining for 12 and looking out to amazing views. The main staircase goes off from the entrance and leading along the hall you reach the drawing room with open fire, oak flooring and access to the conservatory. Further on from the drawing room is a secondary staircase and lounge with wood-burning stove as well as cinema screen with projector. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC and basin and a utility room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with period double bed and luxury en-suite with feature slate wall, shower, his and hers basins and WC. Bedroom 2, with kingsize bed, also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin. The beautifully fitted family bathroom includes WC, basin and bath with shower over. There are 2 further double bedrooms on this level with fantastic views over the gardens and valley beyond. This floor is connected via a long hall reaching to the far end of the house with staircases returning down stairs and also to the second floor which accommodates the remaining two twin bedrooms.

The property is situated down a private drive on the edge of Newenden at the Kent/East Sussex border, the heart of the Weald. The quaint towns of Tenterden, Cranbrook and Rye are all approximately 10-15 minutes away by car with amenities, shopping and some great places to eat. The enchanting Bodiam Castle as well as an array of vineyards are also nearby and the winding picturesque River Rother is just a couple of fields away. Half an hour in either direction is the Royal Tunbridge Wells with spa’s and boutique shopping or Ashford with high speed train links to London and the continent as well as a designer outlet.

A comfortable house with stunning views

We spent a week at the stunning Frog's Hill Farm and enjoyed every moment there. The house is both spacious and comfortable. The kitchen/dining area was ideal for our group of four adults and five teens to enjoy meals together. We all loved the outside space and, blessed with some beautiful autumn weather, made good use of the pool and tennis court. The views over the Kent countryside are breathtaking. Highly recommended.
